I ordered a product and it has been declined twice for unknown reason. Good thing on my third try of purchasing the product it went through. It is stated the order status that it will be shipping soon. I called the customer service to verify when exactly are they going to ship the product and I was informed that it will take 3-4 business days. On top of that they don't give a definite answer on how long will it takes for the product to arrive. My frustration comes with them charging me a shipping fee of roughly 5 dollars and comparing that to other sites like Amazon will guarantee my a two day shipping for the same amount of shipping fee. This is the last time I'm going to purchase any products from them. Their customer service support isn't much help at all.
Ordered through dolphinswimwear.com. Could not talk to an actual human about shipping. I ordered a suit that was shipped from an hour and half away from my home and it took six days to arrive. I received an email saying it shipped Tuesday and in fact it didn't ship until Thursday evening. I wanted to return the item and got the run around on that also. Terrible, terrible experience and zero customer service.
Very dissatisfied with order fulfilling by Kibo.
I made an online purchase from Thule, which uses Kibo to process orders. 2 of 5 items ordered online were never delivered. Contacted Kibo customer support; they never responded and even closed the support ticket after a few days, with no resolution. Neither a refund nor the parts arriving! It has now been a month since the order, with no resolution in sight.

Order a soccer cleat and was never shipped. Tried to contact them but was never able to talk to a customer care, email them and never got a reply. Took my money and wasted my time.
I ordered a disposal (insinkerator) 7 days ago. I was told it would arrive within 5 to 7 days. It has not even shipped. I have written five times and never received a reply. I have tried calling and been on hold for 20 minutes three times. Nobody ever picks up. It's impossible to do business with this company and the service sucks.
Perpetual loop on tracking site with no information - retailer simply says speak to Kibo - they have no customer support and items all more than double the delivery time late.
Customer service is a joke. You email and they do not reply. You call and you spend hours waiting on the line, only to be connected with an agent who does not know how to resolve your issue. Then you repeat the process over, and over, and over again.
They take the money out of your account then your stuck Hard time getting it Back .Bad Customer Service. Lies
I used it to buy maternity clothes 2 weeks after I ordered , I have not received anything. Unable to get in touch with anyone regarding this order. My advice cancel if website states they use them . Also dispute charges, that way they will learn to improve their customer care.

Short story is that over two weeks after my order was submitted (and over a week after it was charged) it had status 'shipping soon' at the website.
I contacted support and shipper via the website 3 times and only once got a non-informative reply like 'let me see and get back to you' without any follow-up.
The ironic part is that the item arrived when I no longer needed it, so I have to return at my own cost and, I guess, proceed with the transaction dispute.
Purchased items through a partner site of Shopatron and received them less than 24 hours later. I don't even know how that was possible, but it was amazing! A great experience--would and will recommend highly.
I ordered from Modells.com and it was an awesome experience. My order arrived quickly and prompt. I as received updates via email when it was processed and shipped!!
I had placed an order for bike carrier parts and accessories. I found the prices to be very fair. The shopping experience was excellent, and the order was processed and shipped very fast. Everything was above expectations, and I would highly recommend this company.

Bad experience today with Shopatron as the service provider for a Canadian retailer, Home Hardware. The retailer's website is not synced with the Shopatron website, so IDs and passwords are not maintained. Talk about confusion! I now know enough to go durectly to the Shopatron website to get order status. I'm unable to see my account or orders via the retailer site at all. Amazingky, the order went through, but Shopatron's support of the retailer is severely lacking.
Tip for consumers: Ideally, the shopatron site should be behind the scenes, and not confusing the heck out of someone accessing a retail site that uses shopatron services... But not so.
I recently placed an order from Thule which was handled by Shopatron. Not only was the experience quick and easy, the product arrived exactly when they said it would. I'll definitely look for the Shopatron name in the future as a good supplier.
Sorry to leave this terrible review, but I had no idea I was dealing with a middle man company! This is one extra entity to deal with and one more way that things can (and in my case.. has) gone wrong.. My order for an expensive desk accessory was placed on 11/19/2014 09:26:54 EST.
As far as the shopatron site is concerned my item is shipped. As far the usps service is concerned they have been electronically contacted by no item has been shipped or received. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE here?
I have paid and been charged for my item which was due to arrive in 2 days yet it is 5 days later and I dont even have a clue where my item is.
This is not ideal and I'd avoid this service if you can.
