Update

It took time but they fixed my problem. Thank you so much. I am sure they WILL response you sometime, so you should be patient.

I will definitely use shopathome.com ever!

I requested missing cash back inquiry(submitted#*******) and It has been more than 8 business day, but I have not received any response from them. They mentioned they response between 3- 5 business day.
So I sent another email, but still no response.
I loved use this site before this problem happened. I am disappointed.
I am not sure they even try to response customer's requests.

Although sometimes it is difficult to get *******@home before making a purchase, I do try to use it as often as possible. I am getting back over $25 when the check is mailed at the end of the month. Why wouldn't you use this service. It costs you nothing and you get cash back, and they also let you know when there are deals to shop for. You also get gold points but I haven't used them yet. I told my girlfriend about *******@home and she is getting a check in May. So why don't you try it. Depending on how much you shop online, cash back doesn't stop until you reach $20 and then you get your check after verifying your address. *******@Home is a great service!

I do quite a lot of online shopping and kept getting messages about cash earned. I didn't pay too much attention and then I received an email stating that I had earned 50 some dollars. Filled out info and soon I had a check!

I was using ShopAtHome regularly and all of a sudden I ordered a large item from JCPenney and should have received almost $40 in cashback, but didn't. ShopAtHome said I didn't order through them when I definitely did! I have been using it for dozens of purchases and then suddenly it doesn't work on my largest purchase. HMmmmm. Don't you find that strange? And they won't tell me where they got the information saying that I went through another site so I can investigate the transaction. Scam!

I really like the cash back portion of the site, but I hate the toolbar! Would be awesome to be able to visit the site without having to download anything to access half of it... especially since most of the coupons can be found on other sites.

However - I still really like their cash back guarantee, so I keep using them for online purchases.

Every time I want to order on-line (which is becoming more and more often) I sign into Shop At Home first. The money back is great, but the free shipping codes makes it well worth it to shop from my office and not have to leave the house looking for something I need. I complete all of Christmas shopping on-line every year now using Shopathome.com in record time, everything is delievered where it needs to go, and I get a check within a couple months. I get paid to save time and money by shopping on-line. It's kinda crazy! My favorite is plane tickets thorugh expedia.com because it's such a high ticket item I get a lot of money back each time for spending exactly what I would if I didn't use shopathome.com. Can't rave about this site enough!

It is great to have them find you coupons to shop with and then give you cash back for shopping. You have to accumulate I think $20 before they issue a check but it is always nice to receive money just for using their site to shop.

I am disabled and do alot of shopping online. It is great that I can get a little back on what I spend. I have received two checks from shopathome. I love this site it seems to be safe and easy to use.

I used to love using Shopathome.com but no longer think this is the best cashback website. They recently took away the 2 things that made the company better than the rest. There is no more 110% cashback guarantee and no more ShopGold Rewards program. Also, as far as the Ebay policy, they won't search for missing cashback unless it's a purchase of $1500 or more, which I would never make. I'm sad to say that I will no longer be a loyal customer.

Shop at Home is GREAT! All you have to do is go to Shop at Home, type in the store you want to shop at and it comes up with specials and coupons and rebates. I have found it to be so easy. And you get a check every quarter! This is extra money in your pocket- that you never expected. I highly recommend Shop at Home.

Inconsistent cash back.

Sometimes its works and sometimes it doesn't. I didn't get cash back from a large appliance purchase. I was told repeatedly that another site was credited as the originating site therefor it was not their issue. This has happened more than once and generally on larger items. I get the same song and dance that it's not their issue but the suppliers and they can't give what they don't get. I just ordered something in January and had to now file a "wheres my cash back" because it was not credited and I just made another large purchase and tracked the track back to be sure it came from their site so we will see how it ends up but I am not hopeful as this seems to be a regular thing. I have had much better luck with coupon cabin.

RESPONSE TO ANNETTE from Shop at home -- This is Shopathomes blanket response. It does not address the issues your site clearly has. It's obviously a system issue as dozens of reviews state the same issues. Rather than referring people to the FAQ maybe Shopathome should look at addressing the real issues here. Have a nice day!

I love getting cash back on my purchases. I saved a lot of money not only with coupons I found at ShopAtHome.com but the cash I get back from my purchases. I am a ShopAtHome.com employee and not only does the company want to put the customer 1st they are also very good to their employees. A great place to work and to save.

I joined ShopAtHome and am now up to 80 bucks in rebates from portal use! It's tough to get working with ad and script blocking I run, so I use a separate private window with no extensions (or Guest Browsing window in Chrome- go to switch user and select guest) to make sure the cookies stay through my purchase. They're really fast and good a verifying the price matching and I will continue to use them in the future!

Constant emails
October 1, 2016

I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe, but it won't let me. When I research it, it says this is a virus and should be uninstalled ASAP. I did notice something different about how my computer acted. It was slower and I now know it is because of ShopatHome. It also changed the way my home paged looked. I still haven't figured out how to get it off of my computer. I am over whelmed with their emails.

I have had nothing but good look look with shop at home, they have always given me back rebates. If I have any issues I send them a email, they get, right back to me. I have gotten back quite a few dollars back through them. One thing you need to watch out for is not all companies will give you rebates for things you buy, you need to read the coupons.

2/15/11 Parent Media Group Inc ($5.98) <---?

I bought 3 separate orders which last 3rd order was ineligible which I understood. But why my first order with $6 dollars rebate was deducted (minus)? I contaced *******@Home customer service by email and they kept repeatedly that my order was returned which it was not true... Also It does not make sense if you removed $5.98, not fully $6.00. I called them and they said my orders looked good. It was puzzled me.

I made a purchase from nook.com (Barnes & Noble site), and was directed to sign up for shopathome.com to get a free gift certificate. They insisted on a cell phone number. I trust B&N, so I gave it. I never could get the certificate, and now I am getting spam! Note that sice I own my own domain, I give each and every company a different e-mail address. I started getting spam on by B&N address (which is what I gave to shopathome). I also got a marketing call to my cell phone.

Near impossible to make contact for help. Any response you may receive is useless. For the couple of pennies that you might earn, jumping through the many hoops to get them is not worth it. I read that I would receive a cashback check. And I would receive it in about 8 years or some such far away date. Not happy. If they make a mistake, they take no responsibility for that mistake. Can't trust what they write. If they publish this review and you read it, read my words and stay away from this site!

I have received checks from shopathome.com a couple of times in the past. For some reason most recently my account was deactivated without my knowledge and have had $25+ sitting in my account for several months. When I contacted them, I was told how to reactivate my account a couple of weeks ago, but the money is still there and adding up.
