I requested missing cash back inquiry(submitted#*******) and It has been more than 8 business day, but I have not received any response from them. They mentioned they response between 3- 5 business day.
So I sent another email, but still no response.
I loved use this site before this problem happened. I am disappointed.
I am not sure they even try to response customer's requests.
