I have used ShopAtHome.com many times in the past and they have been awesome. Just recently I made a purchase and didn't see the cash back show up in my account. After letting the customer service team know, they quickly took a look into it. Within a few days, they had found my cash and credited my account. It couldn't have been easier and I couldn't be happier about the experience. This purchase will push me over the $20 and I will get another cash back check! Thanks again ShopAtHome!
What a great way to make money while shopping online! Just enter your chosen store before you shop via Shop at Home. It couldn't be easier. The amount of cash earned varies from store to store and on a day to day basis. It's also easy to find promo codes to save you even more money. They even email you to tell you when you've earned money and a check is on the way. Fantastic!
Terrible experience might just be a ripoff. I spent money at one of their site's and got next to nothing compared to what they claimed I would get. I filled in a complaint form, which asked for hard to get information. I then sent it in and got no response at all. A ripoff
What a scam. "We only offer the___% rate on qualified purchases. A qualified purchase must be credited to us by the merchant." I've gotten this on most purchases where I click on the cash back button. My question is -- why offer the cash back if your vendor refuses to give you the credit?
Seems like I have been having nothing but trouble with getting credit for my recent purchases. I have made about four purchases that I haven't received credit for and when I email, nothing happens. Wouldn't recommend as very frustrating.

I downloaded this app to try to download a couple of coupons. My new years resolution to help my family save money. And this program totally corrupted my computer. It took the computer over. Now it won't let me uninstall it. It turned off my restore so i can't restore to a prior date. When i turned restore back on. The only date it will give me is the date i downloaded this very bad app. My computer is completely useless and i can't get this out of my computer. Bad. Very bad app. Please don't take the chance with your computer
I am new to shopathome and so far hate it. I bought allyou magazine form magazine. Come because shopatehome give 60% rebate back on 8/9 and I bought it on 8/9 and now under my account it said bought 8/10 and only get 28% back. That a lot different. I would like to get 60% that was promised at the time of buying. I even got email from magazine. Com telling me I bought it at 8/9.
Feel like I been cheated on my first shopping
When things track properly, everything is great. Unfortunately, when things do not track properly and a ticket is opened the follow-up is almost non-existent with the exception of the form email you immediately receive afterward to say they received your ticket.
I received an email after a transaction that thank me for using Shop At Home to purchase through a particular site. It went on to offer 3X the cash back if I shopped again by clicking through that particular email. I thought wonderful. I made a purchase and when it tracked it tracked at 1X cash back. I filled out a ticket and so far nothing. No response whatsoever.

In the past I didn't get paid, and had to "request" payment from Shop At Home. Currently I have 2 cases open. I made a $360 purchase at Saksoff5th and I reserved a hotel for 4 nights for $1,190. I should have gotten over $100 back, but I received NOTHING except excuses about these 2 transactions from ShopAtHome. Maybe this a scam? Now they are trying to blame Saks and Groupon Getaways for not processing the purchases correctly.

The pop-up doesn't always come up when on a participating site. I have made purchases that didn't get credited to my account as well. But, when I do get credit for purchases, it does help.
I bought a cellphone on ebay on December 15th via shopathome.com. After purchase i applied for %100 cash back quarantee with another site that offers more cashback. On december 16th i received an email from you indicating that you approved my cash back and it has been verified. I will receive my cash back in 48 hours. I still did not receive mycash back. Yesterday i emailed you, and you answered me that "Missing orders below $1500 cannot be researched". I do not understand that this was missing. You emailed me saying that you verified the purchase, so how come it is missing. I am really upset. I have been shopping through you for years, and i guess my stupidity never checked it. Lack of response to email- no phone CS, even when provided an invoice with tracking number - they just fail to respond. I would STAY AWAY - choose a different cashback site.
