titinmowshop.com is a SCAM do not get fall for it, I tried to contact shop.com and they will not drop them.

Bought a hydrogen bottle from "Hydren" on Shop. It was supposed to be received in 4 to 8 business days...I contacted them when it was past that and the Shop app still had the order in an "order processed" state. I emailed the company, they replied and said that they were sorry and could cancel the order because they were so busy in their warehouse, they didn't know when I'd be getting it.I thought, well ok thats nice I can order one somewhere else. They said they'd cancel and refund. Well my order was cancelled on Jan 13th but I haven't received a refund and the business will not respond to my emails. Shop won't help. Never again will I buy from this app again. They are hosting fraudulent businesses that rip off consumers.

Best shopping experience ever. They deliever on time. Prices are economical.Its a big place and you can find everything here like makeup, clothes everything. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I just bought a WEN power generator thru shop.com from a vendor "Jims Products" after waiting for five days didn't hear nothing I decided to send an email, got a return email unreachable, contact shop.com from all the info they send I they don't assume no responsibility be aware and be mindful to use a cc to protect from scams.

My recommendation don't use SHOP.COM at all stay away

You never get to deal directly with the company whose products you are buying. I love Ahava products but having to deal thru shop.com became so utterly frustrating I stopped buying Ahava from their website. Beekman is the same. I would rather buy from Amazon with 125% less stress than buying thru shop.com. It's a nightmare.

Shop.com has some of the best support products for your health that you can find anywhere. Because they are a brokerage, they work with the best manufacturers that have superb patents, like their Isotonic Resveratrol. It has 3 patents in it! Resveravene, BioVin, and VitaBlue. An in vitro study showed that Resveravene was more efficient on SIRT-1* activation, therefore may have a positive effect on life span extension. And the product is isotonic!

This SHOP app popped up thru a company that I had a package arriving from. SHOP offered to " track" my package. SHOP needed access to my Google acct, as all apps ask, so I granted it. Hours later all the charges started...groceries, flowers, pizza, gift cards, etc. totaling about $500! This SHOP app apparently sells your info on the dark web! Beware

Ordered sunglasses through shop 2 weeks ago and, still, only the packaging label has been created. Their customer service is a useless bot so you can't talk to a real person or cancel your order!

I love getting some of my spent money back in my pocket, and also save with coupons and deals. They have Shop buddy that shows coupons to use, there are many big name stores as well as specialty stores, so most of what I need can earn me cash back, while spending less! Also the site is always improving and I like that they seem to always be working to make it better and better. Now I can't stand it if I buy something and DON'T get some of my money back!

I ordered in May 2023, it is now almost August 2023. Attempted to email SHOP on several occasions. No response! They took payment immediately in May and again in July….please help

Too onerous just to get into it, once you're in, it helps you not at all. I will not buy ANY products shipped with this app!

This company's information is ALWAYS wrong! ALWAYS! Delivery dates, items in orders, you name it, it's going to be incorrect! In fact, I just got notification last night that an item was delivered (last night) that was actually delivered 3 weeks ago! And I marked it "delivered" three weeks ago! This company is EXTREMELY unreliable! Now today I'm having another issue. I had $12 in Shop cash credits. I made a $70 purchase and applied the $12 credit. It said that it was being applied before I confirmed my order. I confirmed my order as $58 (before the taxes). I looked at the receipt, I was charged $70 (not including the taxes). My credit was never applied. So, I contacted the company of the product I bought. They were helpful and immediately canceled my order as I asked them to. I told them I would go directly through their website instead of using Shop. I wanted to cancel my Shop account after this, so I decided to go back in and look at products that I could spend my Shop credits on before terminating my account with them. Now I see that I only have "$4" worth of Shop cash credits. What?!?
I am missing unused and unexpired Shop credit that I earned. I am simply going to cancel my account with Shop and they can keep that four dollar credit lol because Shop has been nothing but a terrible experience the entire timeI have used them (for over the past 3 of years or more). You are a horrible company, Shop. Good bye.

My husband ordered from a store on here and it was fake! He never did get the items. Almost $400 spent, I'm still waiting and hoping I get the money back from my bank. Shop.com should be held responsible and vet people better. My husband reached out and they closed the scammer page, but that's all!

I would give this a no star rating if I could. Picture showed the old Chergui that I wanted. Order the product and received the newest version of the perfume. This is bait and switch to me because the newer version picture is available and knowing the older one is sought after is reason to put the older photo up. Be careful when ordering for any older product when a new one is out. This in not a creditable organization at all since this is one of your business practices.

I ordered the buy one get one free it took a month and a half to get to me. I paid 16 to have expedited shipping I contacted them multiple times to refund that moneys. They blocked my email. I received 4 wigs none of which I ordered I do not recommend you waste your time. I asked for a refund or a way to send the wigs back and I have been blocked again

I have had the worst experiences with this company and honestly the next package I order says it's being delivered by shop I'll cancel my order and purchase elsewhere! Anyone that does NOT use shop delivery service

I found them *******@facebook they advertised a highlighted long human hair wig for sale with lace front. I bought this wig and 3 other ones that was very similar with one being light pink. They all had long bangs. They sent me 3 of the exact same blonde wig and 1 pink wig. They all had clipped bangs, neither was lace front and they have a wig cap. They are also synthetic and definitely not real human hair. The quality is comparable to a costume wig so buyer beware! I did take pictures unfortunately I don't see a upload button for this review

Simply based on how I learnt about shop I will never do business with them. I made a purchase with a genuine on-store, and the first "confirmation of dispatch" turned out to be from Shop. I failed to clearly read the "from" address for the email and was drawn to the large font wording encouraging me to track my purchase made with the genuine store. What Shop wanted was for me to download their app for tracking, which turns out to be a portal to their own online store. Being "tricked" at this level gives me no confidence for any further involvement with Shop. They are simply tricksters, and maybe scammers.

I have deleted my account taken all my credit cards away from this bad company yet they still email me about a package they think was delivered that never arrived. Do not give this company your information… they abuse the access to all your accounts and then will not delete your account

First off I ordered the first week of January and just got the package on February 20th. Finally got a hold of them and they lied about logistics and tracking numbers. It was put in the mail six days after my contact with them. I almost wish it wouldn't have shown up. Is this a joke first off it's five times too big for my head and when I touch it or I tried to adjust it sounds like wax paper. Hell it's not even acceptable for a Halloween costume. My advice stay stateside. If I could have I would have left a negative overall rating. It's really a shame and extremely pathetic because there are people out there like cancer survivors that are needing these wigs to try and get some normalcy back in their lives. For those customers it's a necessity and I know this because I am one of them. I am back to square one and hats. I am very frustrated and a little heartbroken. I'm also out over $100.00 dollars. If anyone reads this and has the legitimate place where they make human hair wigs that are real looking please contact me. Thank you.
