Orders never came

I ordered in May 2023, it is now almost August 2023. Attempted to email SHOP on several occasions. No response! They took payment immediately in May and again in July….please help

Don't feel like an idiot
December 10, 2021

I bought some stuff from a BBQ store in Texas through the Williams Sonoma site. Never saw any of it and this company has no customer service. My thoughts are screw them and I bought it again and had them ship it. I think the store learned a lesson and went these jokers go belly up perhaps they will also

This site offers so many different stores and allows you to compare different products and prices. I have had great luck at finding hard to find X-mas presents on this site and got cash back for shopping there. I have received over $1,000 in cash back just in a few years of doing the shopping that I was already doing on the internet. Great customer service as well with a dedicated shop consultant.

I bought hinges from this company and they sent me clamps and when I got back to them to get a return mailing slip they made me pay for the shipping and the lady was very rude on the phone I highly don't recommend this company because if you have a problem you're going to pay for it

I have had the worst experiences with this company and honestly the next package I order says it's being delivered by shop I'll cancel my order and purchase elsewhere! Anyone that does NOT use shop delivery service

I have deleted my account taken all my credit cards away from this bad company yet they still email me about a package they think was delivered that never arrived. Do not give this company your information… they abuse the access to all your accounts and then will not delete your account

It took two months for them to ship me my order and both of the wigs that I got are exactly the same and neither of them are what I ordered this website is terrible save yourself the time in the hassle and don't order from them

Wigs customer service

I ordered 2 wigs 1 long 1 short took 3 months and 15 emails now I have 2 identical wigs both long blonde. I suggest u go to a wig shop and purchase in person this come from China and really Is horrible, when it takes 15 emails u know it's a horrid company but they take your money in 10 minutes or less. Grrrrrr

I bought a deck lounge chair on this site. We owned the chair for one day. It rained and the chair had rusted by the next day leaving rusty puddles on my new deck. I had to throw the chair in the garbage and I am now out $160. It also is very difficult to assemble. Stay away from any Christmas Central products sold through Shop.com

Shop.com has so many different stores to shop from. The ability to earn cash back from all these places for shopping is genius! Plus they have comparison shopping, lists you can make for showers, parties, Christmas gifts, etc, and shop buddy! Shop buddy has given me discount codes I would have never had if I wasn't using it, which has saved me on several occasions! I love the isotonix supplements, specifically OPC-3 for pain and inflammation in my back and knees. Also, the Motives makeup on there is top notch. It has amazing pigment, makes me feel like I'm wearing nothing and I don't break out from it! Love Shop.com!

I love the options that the shop.com site offers, from different stores to buy at to setting a price alert, to finding the best price. It doesn't cost a thing to shop on there and you earn money with everything you buy.

I am having troubles with tracking a package I ordered from Everbag. Everyone is saying it is easy to track your package on here... can someone walk me through this? The o ly thing i can see is the shipment # and a photo of where I'm having it delivered..

You get a notification when it's processed, then when it gets to the hub…. That's when the ball is dropped. It's shipped and delivered all in the same 10 minutes

I love getting some of my spent money back in my pocket, and also save with coupons and deals. They have Shop buddy that shows coupons to use, there are many big name stores as well as specialty stores, so most of what I need can earn me cash back, while spending less! Also the site is always improving and I like that they seem to always be working to make it better and better. Now I can't stand it if I buy something and DON'T get some of my money back!

Simply based on how I learnt about shop I will never do business with them. I made a purchase with a genuine on-store, and the first "confirmation of dispatch" turned out to be from Shop. I failed to clearly read the "from" address for the email and was drawn to the large font wording encouraging me to track my purchase made with the genuine store. What Shop wanted was for me to download their app for tracking, which turns out to be a portal to their own online store. Being "tricked" at this level gives me no confidence for any further involvement with Shop. They are simply tricksters, and maybe scammers.

Never again!

I am a seasoned on line shopper. Doing business with Shop.com was a pain in the neck. Never again will I go to shop.com Trying to return a pair of shoes was a nightmare. I had to call them twice about getting a return auth number - then when I went to return the shoes it costs me nearly $10. I will never shop using this service again. Make sure that you can return the item(s) for either free (like Zappos) or for a minimum. Never again!

Scam return policy
May 16, 2022

Purchased a nice pair of shoes for $120 and they refused the return even though they were returned in the condition sent. I have been emailing them now for 3 months with no luck. I am now going through my bank to dispute the charge, as I sent the shoes back and no longer have them.

Shopping on Shop.com is great. Very easy and with shopbuddy on your computer you can always find the best buys. I have been using OPC for about 14 years and it has helped me a lot. Also like many of the other Isotix products and the Royal Spa and Bath products.

Poor Sevice
February 20, 2017

We bought a product from their site. Found some reviews about the product and sent an email to our consultant assigned to us. We didn't hear back from them so we called the very next day to cancel and they refused. The company they used had already made a tracking number the product hadn't left there yet and we now have to pay for shipping still.
