I just bought a WEN power generator thru shop.com from a vendor "Jims Products" after waiting for five days didn't hear nothing I decided to send an email, got a return email unreachable, contact shop.com from all the info they send I they don't assume no responsibility be aware and be mindful to use a cc to protect from scams.
My recommendation don't use SHOP.COM at all stay away
A very disappointed and unsatisfied customer...

Before I did the purchase I researched the sites and the answer were positive, that help my decision to continue with the purchase BIG MISTAKE
