Shoebuy I purchase a pair of KEEN 13 2E When they arrived my husband then worn them to work. We have purchased 7 other KEEN boots all 13 2E. When he returned home he had blisters. I then compared the boots to his other Keen 13 2E's Not even close to 13's. I then returned the back to shoebuy within the week. I just received them back UPS 5/5/17. They said it was past the 60 day return policy. Which it is not I purchased them 3/24/17 today is 5/8/17. Secondly there other reasons were and I quote ( Boots worn, soles dirty, leather scuffed unable to resell original box damaged.) To kidding they were worn a day. And not dirty I just wiped them down with a towel the look new. No scuffs or dirt. Yes I wrote on the box. Wrong Size. I then called Shoebuy they will not take them back. $167.96 and the boots are useless to us. Stay away from shoebuy.
I tried twice to place an order with them and got an error with my payment method both times I tried. And my payment info was valid and correct. So I gave up and did not order and recd no email about my "order". Then the next day find out they charged my card both times for pre-auth. Wrote them now they have my money for 3-5 bus days and offered no explanation other than I encountered difficulty placing my order. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Much better options for shoes out there...
I have nothing but good things to say about Angela, from New Hampshire the customer service representative with whom I placed my order. She was very friendly and very efficient, the qualities one hopes all customer representatives would have. If I need to order shoes again, I would certainly use ShoeBuy thanks to Angela.
After unable to ship as promised and no information as to when was given I asked to cancel the order. I was told that the order went to their warehouse and would not be able to cancel. They still had no idea as to when this item that was indicated in stock would be available. After being persistent I was told they would send email to warehouse and get back to me shortly. After 2 days of no response I received an email that my order was canceled due to Shoes.com being unable to deliver. Horrible service and will avoid buying from them in the future.
My experience was not too bad but I can not recommend them to anyone. I submitted several reviews on there site and not one was ever published. I wrote them and got half hearted sorries and replies. I followed all the guidelines and they could never tell me why my reviews were not published. My thoughts are they do not want to publish anything that is not fully positive. In my mind I do not want to shop at a business that does not want to be fully open about their product. I felt like the item I purchased was sub-par and possibly even fake.
Ordered a pair of shoes 6 days ago and been chasing them for the updates to no avail. Their supervisor was so rude that terminate the live chat. They simply push away their responsibility to the "supplier" who did not update them even after 48hours. Was asked to wait for another 48hours until "supplier" updates the status. What kind of ridiculous and non-standard policy. The item has not shipped out yet and UPS confirmed that they never pick up the parcel. Worst ever when they told me that the refund is not guaranteed until the "supplier" updates the status. What a joke! I have yet to receive the parcel and NOT allowed to cancel for a refund! NO NO NO NO NO shoes.com.
I purchased my daughter a pair of sandals from shoes.com as a birthday gift. She tried them on in our house and they didn't fit so I exchanged them for another size that same day. Shoes.com required me to pay in advance for the exchange and said they refund the price once they received the return. Two weeks went by and still no refund. Today they sent a pair of sandals back to... me and refused to refund the purchase because they claim the sandals were worn, insoles dirty, toe and heel price tag and they were unable to resell. Only the sandals they sent back were not the same ones I returned. I returned the sandals with tags attached and in all the original packaging. On the sandals they rejected and sent me, the tags were removed and the box was smashed. My daughter tried them on inside our house to see if they fit which they didn't, so i returned them for another size. I have now paid for two pairs of sandals, one of which is the wrong size and shoes.com refuses to issue a refund.
I ordered two pairs of sandals from Shoebuy. Over 10 days later they tell me one pair isn't in stock and they will only be sending one of the two. I wrote them and asked for the order to be canceled entirely. 6 days went by and they said they regret they couldn't cancel the order as it just shipped (that day). They then charged me a $7 restocking fee. I called and asked for this fee to be waived due to the ludicrous situation and poor handling of the order on their end and I was denied.
I strongly suggest you do business elsewhere and not with this fraudulent company.
We are sorry to hear about this customers frustrating experience. When an order is placed we transmit it to the warehouse to process and ship out. Once an order is transmitted to our warehouse we are unable to cancel the order and must reach out to the warehouse and allow them to determine if an order can be canceled. Unfortunately it looks as in the case of this customer our warehouse was unable to stop the shipping process and the item was shipped. Per our policy all items returned without an exchange are subject to being charged a restocking fee. If this customer would like to exchange the item we would be happy to help find a new item to try.
I ordered a pair of boots US size 8 and was sent a UK size 8. I understood the mix up and sent back with note that I needed a US 8. A week later I received another UK size 8 and have to return and hope get a complete refund. I would not recommend this company.
Absolutely terrible place to order shoes. I ordered my first pair of 116 dollar shoes from Shoebuy at the beginning of November. After I got the confirmation email with my order number that they've RECIEVED my order, I waited a whole week before giving them a call when I still had not seen the shipping confirmation email. I called up there 3 days in a row & got the same answer that someone would give me a call back after not being able to find my order number. Finally found out on the 4th day that SHOEBUY had canceled my order on accident. So customer service themselves reordered my size 5 black boots. When they finally arrived it was a size 8.5 & not even the same boot that I ordered. I called & asked to speak to a manager, after waiting for 15 minutes the "manager" told me I needed to go out of my way to go to the ups store & return it back to them, THEN try the order again. It is now almost December & I've been dealing with this for a whole month now. I'm livid.
I printed out the ShoeBuy web site on my cart page stating "Free Shipping & Returns". The next time I accessed the site, the message had changed to "Free Shipping & Exchanges." What a ripoff!
I received a pair of Skechers; the right shoe was almost a half size bigger. That's a defect! When I called to exchange, they wouldn't send a replacement without charging me first for yet another purchase.
When I told them I wasn't pleased with their policy and would just return the shoes, the rep then told me about the restocking fee! This is a deceptive and fraudulent business practice. I encourage everyone who is dissatisfied with them to file a Better Business Bureau complaint.
I will be sure to spread the word about the quality of their goods, their bait and switch advertising on all social media. I will never do business with ShoeBuy again!

I'm writing this review while waiting on hold for a customer service rep for the 3rd time. Each time it's been over a 45 min wait. Not only do they take forever to answer the phone, they only have one very annoying elevator music style hold song. I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband for his bday on Sept 5th (it's now Sept 27th). They gave me the wrong pair of shoes. I sent them back for an exchange and got back the same wrong pair I got in the first place. This is the first and last time I'll shop here. Be warned. I wish I looked at their ratings before buying these shoes. Even the people that have worked there gave them horrible reviews on Glassdoor.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Shoes.com on Jan 7,2021. On receipt of the shoes found they did not fit. I contacted Shoes.com with my online portal (their site) to request return. They sent me a return authorization and requested I sent by UPS. I went to UPS next day and via their scan code returned the shoes. Althought not required I paid extra $2 to UPS to secure package. Shoes.com returned the shoes back to me and said they could not accept due to damage packaging. I have the package in my hand with NO damage.The damage they claim is a shipping label affixed to the shoe box., I contacted their customer service and supervisor and requested a refund and they said NO becuase the package was damaged. Its it not. Consumer should be aware of their unethical practive.
I needed an item in a rush. Checked Amazon and the other sites but to no avail, the delivery was quoted for Monday. Shopped further to find Shoes.com. When purchasing the product it noted GUARANTEED DELIVERY ON SUNDAY'. Today on Sunday, it says the item is being delivered on Tuesday. I called customer service and even spoke with a supervisor who took the call but took no action besides sending an email to UPS. She did not call or care about my concern. My warning to those who are reading this is to not count on this company's promises. I will refuse the package upon delivery and never use this company again. I told her about the promise and the WRITTEN delivery and she did not have any empathy for my situation. I paid extra to have this delivery only to spend my Sunday writing this review.
I ordered two pair of shoes from shoe buy after getting a recommendation from a friend. I ordered them Jan 6th. After two weeks I contacted them because I hadn't received them. The tracking said their was a train wreck and they were delayed. Shoe buy said I had to wait. Next week I emailed about the progress. Never received a reply. I tried several other times. On Feb 19th found out through tracking they were listed as destroyed and company contacted. Still nothing from shoe buy.

I will never do business with shoe buy again or recommend to anyone. My order has been a headache and a nightmare. Customer service is poor, gives inaccurate information, the tracking information entered was incorrect. I contacted shoebuy numerous times and a few days ago and all of a sudden I have a new tracking number! I have a feeling this was sent a week later because a company error, when I called to cancel the order because of the slow shipping and poor service I would be charged a $7 fee! I have worked customer service for 10 years and discussed refusing the package, she said I still would be charged even know f I said return to sender and did not open the package. Terrible service all around! What a waste of a few hours of my life!

Don't know why there is so many negative reviews because I ordered a pair of New Balance Steel Toe Cross Trainers all the way from Melbourne, Australia and ordered them on 1 Sep AEST 2016. My only criticism is the misleading line on the order confirmation that states (total to be billed to your Paypal upon shipment) is not true, you pay for the product including currency exchange rate if buying from overseas plus shipping costs upfront. Anyway they arrived in mint condition on the 12 Sept AEST via UPS and so far they fit very nicely and perfectly ideal for my line of work i. E. retail supermarket assistant. I definitely would recommend this company and will buy again if need be.

European citizents must be advised about customs clearance and VAT fees. I live in Greece and for a pair of shoes that cost 52$ plus 40$ shipping the total cost was more than 3 times the prior shoes price. The UPS in Athens airport asked me to pay 153 euros for customs clearance and VAT. It is unbelievible for someone dont know.

I asked the customer service "manager" (the 4th "manager" I spoke to) if we are allowed to try on the shoes and shes said "yes of course" to which I said then why do you consider what I did wearing them? She didn't have an answer. This is a scam to sell off damaged or defective merchandise. Stay away.
I was hesitant to order from them afer all the bad reviews but absolutley everywhere else was sold out of the specific dr martens i wanted (which was also a bit suspicious but hey i was on a mission). Because some people comlpained about getting their shoes late and also because they offered a 20% off coupon at checkout, I paid for 2 day air shipping even though didn't need them that fast. I got a confirmation email immediatley and my tracking number the next day. They were genuine docs, 2 days later as promised, right color, right size, in the original box and everything. Not sure if when you choose faster shipping they are more likely to stick to the promised delivery time than if you do free ground shipping, but it's possible and something to take in to account.

Unfortunately, our return policy states that items must be returned with the original shoebox and must be returned in new/unworn condition. We normally recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area to see how they feel. If our warehouse receives shoes that shows signs of wear or use, or if the shoebox has been damaged by the customer, then the return is rejected and sent back to the customer. This is not a common occurrence and we are very sorry that this has happened.
If a customer believes their return was rejected wrongfully, we encourage them to contact our customer service department and request an image review. Our warehouse always takes pictures of rejected returns and we would be happy to review those pictures for any mistakes.
