I placed and order and the order was confirmed. A week went by and I finally received and email for shipping of part of my order. Later that day I received another email stating the res of my order was cancelled due to being out of stock adb discontinued. Really?!? They wait a week to tell me they cannot fulfill my order? I still do not have my refund and now it is too late to order these items from anywhere else. Extremely disappointed with Uncommon Goods. This was my first time ordering from them and will be my last!!

I purchased my daughter a pair of sandals from as a birthday gift. She tried them on in our house and they didn't fit so I exchanged them for another size that same day. required me to pay in advance for the exchange and said they refund the price once they received the return. Two weeks went by and still no refund. Today they sent a pair of sandals back to... me and refused to refund the purchase because they claim the sandals were worn, insoles dirty, toe and heel price tag and they were unable to resell. Only the sandals they sent back were not the same ones I returned. I returned the sandals with tags attached and in all the original packaging. On the sandals they rejected and sent me, the tags were removed and the box was smashed. My daughter tried them on inside our house to see if they fit which they didn't, so i returned them for another size. I have now paid for two pairs of sandals, one of which is the wrong size and refuses to issue a refund.
