I purchased a pair of shoes from Shoes.com on Jan 7,2021. On receipt of the shoes found they did not fit. I contacted Shoes.com with my online portal (their site) to request return. They sent me a return authorization and requested I sent by UPS. I went to UPS next day and via their scan code returned the shoes. Althought not required I paid extra $2 to UPS to secure package. Shoes.com returned the shoes back to me and said they could not accept due to damage packaging. I have the package in my hand with NO damage.The damage they claim is a shipping label affixed to the shoe box., I contacted their customer service and supervisor and requested a refund and they said NO becuase the package was damaged. Its it not. Consumer should be aware of their unethical practive.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Shoes.com They have a poor return policy and use a poor excuse not to accept the return. In my case they would not accept return because it had a shipping label (the one they sent me) affixed on the shoe box.
