My son order a shoe from shoe palace. It keep saying fulfilled. We finally recieved the package but to a disappointed we only recieved a package and a receipt the plastic that comes from US Postal. On the receipt it says ships Via FedEX. What kind of crap is this. Shoe palace taking advantage of my son not knowing what to do. We called the store where he said he purchased through, they said to call the 1-877 number. Called that number never go through but only said you can email us a shoepalace.com THIS IS AN INVALID EMAIL ACCOUNT.😡😡 How am I suppose to get my son money back when we couldn't get through any of their contacts. Meaning we just SOL. I WILL NEVER BUY SHOES FROM HERE AND HOPEFULLY PEOPLE OPEN THEIR EYES AND DONT BUY SHOES FROM HERE.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my granddaughter, and never received them. Package tracking shows it was delivered to a side door (not the front door as other deliveries). In the 12 years of living here only one package has gotten stolen and the retailer sent out another order. I reached out through the "Contact Us" link several times and got no response. Today I called and got no resolution. Henry stated he would report it to Fed-ex (which I have already done) which really just means tough luck. If you have to order from here please dont and find yourself a reputable shoe store that cares about their customers and not their bottom line. Lessen learned dont support small businesses who already have shaky reviews and ALWAYS check the reviews first!

I purchased several shoes from this place. Though the shipping isnt the best, with most pairs coming in a plastic sleeve, i did order several in one order and have yet to receive two pair. I sent 2 communications and have held for an answer on a couple calls. Since i lack patience for non sense as an army vet, i prefer to keep my remaining good health instead of waste more time trying to get the shoes or the money, as i value my time and health more. I wont deal with their non sense but will just leave this review everywhere possible. I also wont shop here anymore. Crooks with poor customer service. Sounds about right though.

Worst company ever
February 13, 2023

I ordered shoes on Tuesday. They notified me they'd be delivered Thursday didn't give me any instructions aside from shipping date. The package apparently "attempted to ship" but required a signature and I was at work being that it's Thursday and I work banker hours. I put a sign up and signed the slip to deliver the package and the shipping company held my package but won't attempt to deliver it again. Don't bother calling they'll have you on hold for over an hour and not answer. They don't reply to emails and the shipping company they use, OnTrac is rude as hell. They don't even try to redeliver but won't let you pick up your package? How does that work? Don't order from shoe palace.I'm trying to call again before I dispute the charge but I've been on hold for 26 minutes already no reply nothing. I've been sending emails since Thursday.

Shoe Palace came in cluch! I got hard to find shoes, at the regular retail price, super fast FREE shipping and 100% legit! Everything was on point, down to the stickers in the box! Don't be scared of the other reviews, try for yourself!

Hello I ordered two products from these guys its says delivered which I'm always home and I never received my package. Then whenever I call the store during business hours I still get the voicemail saying that o reached you guys after business hours. I will not be shopping here again ruined my whole Christmas

Horrible service

Don't buy from shoe palace. I sent them multiple emails to follow up on an order that was pending shipping for two weeks. It wasn't until I cc'd a regional manager that they finally replied but told me they cancelled my order due to a back order. A couple of days later they loaded more sizes onto their site for the same shoe. Horrible way to do business!

This company cancel orders saying your payment method didn't go through. I paid once with Affirm so o know the payment was good. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Then if it does go through they take forever to ship. I wish I could give them 0 stars because they don't deserve not one. Company is trash

Cancel & Return Policy is awful

I can't complain about the products, they're fine. My frustration is with their cancelation and return policy. When I spoke to customer service to cancel my order, she told me there would be a $15 fee to do so. I asked if I could return the shoes to one of their brick and mortar stores and I was told no, they do not accept orders made online. I asked if they offered free return shipping and was told no, which is fine, most stores don't, but I was also told if I returned them I would be subject to a restocking fee. So if you purchase something from Shoe Palace, you better be sure it's the product you want. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. With so many other shoe stores to choose from, there's no reason to come back. I'm sure they won't miss me as a customer, but I just had to give my two cents worth with the hopes they listen.

JUST GOT SCAMMED

Walked in knowing I wanted shoe cleaner and a worker said do you want another it's buy one get one free and then charged for 2 cans when u wanted the price of one and got scammed out of five bucks and nothing was said. This was shady business practice, don't trust!

.Poor communication

After putting in a order the review shoed a different color from what I ordered. I emailed right away. I called the phone# and when prompted to click 5 to cancel order the line was disconnected. 2 days after the order and sent email and attempted phone they emailed me back and asked if I wanted to cancel and I emailed yes. 2 days after that they emailed and said the order just shipped so it could not be cancelled. This was 4 days after I sent the first email.

I went to the one at the Tucson Mall and was greeted by the associate by the name of "Alan". He was very nice and patient with helping me and my three children find what they liked and wanted on their feet. Thanks Alan. Will be returning in 3 to 4 months for same care. -loyal customer

I've never bought from this store but started receiving daily spam emails suddenly. Basically, this business functions under the same model as Chinese counterfeit shoe selling websites. You should never trust a business that spam emails non-customers.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. My shoes never arrived and shoe palace doesnt want to take responsibility, they keep on giving me the run around. Also, their customer service lacks professionalism. Im not sure who is worst, if the managers or the customer service agents. If you want to avoid a headache do yourself a favor and go buy somewhere else.

Straight Up Thieves

Ordered some shoes online and they sent me the wrong color, size, and gender type shoes. It took me over 10 calls until someone picked up. The person kept encouraging me to fill out a return and exchange form thinking I was trying to do a gift exchange after I had explained many times that I wanted a return shipping label so I could send the shoes back and receive the correct size and color. Finally they got the memo after repeatedly explaining the situation. I finally received a return label but it took so long for the package to ship back to the facility. After getting a notice from UPS that it was returned, I tried calling customer service many times in a row for over two days and still no one answer the phone. Literally so fed up with them! I only wanted to get the correct shoes sent to me and its been over two to three weeks. It shouldn't have taken this long at all and now I've wasted my hard earn money because apparently this shoe business loves to steal from their customers.

Where do I start, I ordered a pair of shoes last weekend and turned out they sent me the wrong ones. Then told me I could not take them to their shop as I would be provided with store credit even though it was their mistake. I was then told to order the shoes I order initially again. Hesitant to do so I did in the end because the so called customer service was terrible and got absolutely no where. Now I am a week in to the new order and still have not received any type of acknowledgment from them. Subsequently I have requested another refund. All in all took a couple of weeks and lost funds to end up absolutely no where with no shoes. F this company and what they are about, do not let them profit from you.

Stay away from these guys. I accidentally placed an order clicked on wrong size. Called customer care immediately still they took $15 cancellation charges. Stay away from these guys! Spread the word to other innocent shoppers
