Very good place got them in 7 day thanks shoe palace they sent what I wanted and they didn't disappoint me
Don't buy from shoe palace. I sent them multiple emails to follow up on an order that was pending shipping for two weeks. It wasn't until I cc'd a regional manager that they finally replied but told me they cancelled my order due to a back order. A couple of days later they loaded more sizes onto their site for the same shoe. Horrible way to do business!

I bought shoes and the guy told me that he would use his discount so he could give me two shoe cleaner bottles he said are originally 10 dollars each but he "used" his discount to make the 5$ each. He lied. I checked online and they were 5$ each originally. I know hes not even supposed to use his discount but thats not the only part. One of the bottles he sold me were USED and half empty. He shook it before he gave it to me, so he knew what he was doing.

Hello I ordered two products from these guys its says delivered which I'm always home and I never received my package. Then whenever I call the store during business hours I still get the voicemail saying that o reached you guys after business hours. I will not be shopping here again ruined my whole Christmas
I have spent the last eight weeks begging for return labels from this company because they erroneously sold me two left shoes today I finally give up and I will throw the shoes away because I have not received responses from the manager after he promised to send me the labels three times do not waste your time or money by buying shoes from here I am out of money after buying a brand new pair of Nikes
I ordered from shoe palace and what I ended up with was already worn shoes along with the other customers return form in the box with all her information name address and phone number. Ridiculous. Never again.

They cancel my order without any reason twice. I would never buy anything from them. The customer service are the worst.
I ordered shoes on Tuesday. They notified me they'd be delivered Thursday didn't give me any instructions aside from shipping date. The package apparently "attempted to ship" but required a signature and I was at work being that it's Thursday and I work banker hours. I put a sign up and signed the slip to deliver the package and the shipping company held my package but won't attempt to deliver it again. Don't bother calling they'll have you on hold for over an hour and not answer. They don't reply to emails and the shipping company they use, OnTrac is rude as hell. They don't even try to redeliver but won't let you pick up your package? How does that work? Don't order from shoe palace.I'm trying to call again before I dispute the charge but I've been on hold for 26 minutes already no reply nothing. I've been sending emails since Thursday.

This company cancel orders saying your payment method didn't go through. I paid once with Affirm so o know the payment was good. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Then if it does go through they take forever to ship. I wish I could give them 0 stars because they don't deserve not one. Company is trash

I would recommend staying away from this company unless you live giving yourself a stroke. You can see by other reviews that they have no clue how to run a business. You have been warned!
I've never bought from this store but started receiving daily spam emails suddenly. Basically, this business functions under the same model as Chinese counterfeit shoe selling websites. You should never trust a business that spam emails non-customers.
After putting in a order the review shoed a different color from what I ordered. I emailed right away. I called the phone# and when prompted to click 5 to cancel order the line was disconnected. 2 days after the order and sent email and attempted phone they emailed me back and asked if I wanted to cancel and I emailed yes. 2 days after that they emailed and said the order just shipped so it could not be cancelled. This was 4 days after I sent the first email.

I can't complain about the products, they're fine. My frustration is with their cancelation and return policy. When I spoke to customer service to cancel my order, she told me there would be a $15 fee to do so. I asked if I could return the shoes to one of their brick and mortar stores and I was told no, they do not accept orders made online. I asked if they offered free return shipping and was told no, which is fine, most stores don't, but I was also told if I returned them I would be subject to a restocking fee. So if you purchase something from Shoe Palace, you better be sure it's the product you want. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. With so many other shoe stores to choose from, there's no reason to come back. I'm sure they won't miss me as a customer, but I just had to give my two cents worth with the hopes they listen.
I read a few negative reviews before ordering from shoe palace but I typically don't let "few" bad experiences keep me from getting what I want so I took the chance. I ordered a new pair of timberlands from them and the entire experience was perfect. From ordering to receiving the product, I had no issues. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Walked in knowing I wanted shoe cleaner and a worker said do you want another it's buy one get one free and then charged for 2 cans when u wanted the price of one and got scammed out of five bucks and nothing was said. This was shady business practice, don't trust!

I went to the one at the Tucson Mall and was greeted by the associate by the name of "Alan". He was very nice and patient with helping me and my three children find what they liked and wanted on their feet. Thanks Alan. Will be returning in 3 to 4 months for same care. -loyal customer
Every jacket I own is a size large. I ordered a size large from shoepalace.com and the jacket was HUGE. I returned it and it cost $45.00 to ship it back and I have to pay original shipping. So it cost $76 to try on a jacket. UNBELIEVABLE.

Lawrence from SF SHOE PALACE is very rude & racist towards African Americans. He's not friendly at all I'm not sure how he's able to be a manager treating people unfairly. He's not respectful at all. He definitely plays favorites against staff that's not black. He have no respect for customers or employees with the way he treats them. He don't like black people at all. He swears at his employees when talking to them. He should not be working there at all because BLM "NO ONE SHOULD GET TREATED DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE OF THE SKIN TONE "it's not ok. He have poor customer service. I will never shop there again because of him.
Shoe Palace came in cluch! I got hard to find shoes, at the regular retail price, super fast FREE shipping and 100% legit! Everything was on point, down to the stickers in the box! Don't be scared of the other reviews, try for yourself!
I placed an order and paid in full for said order, online, on July 17,2020. On Trac, the party contracted with Shoe Palace to make deliveries loses the package. On Trac sends a message to Shoe Palace telling them they lost the package. I email Shoe Palace telling them On Trac Lost the package, with a copy of the email I received from On Trac stating they lost the package.
Shoe Palace's response: "Sorry you didn't recieve your order. We will complete a claim with On Trac for you."
For me? According to On Trac there is no claim to be filed. They are going to reimburse Shoe Palace. But guess what... Shoe Palace will not issue me a refund, respond to an email or even answer a phone call.
Who loses? Me! $250! WTF Shoe Palace?
We had a very pleasant visit to Shoespalace in the Wellington Mall. We were helped by a young lady named Bergeline. She was awesome! We will definitely shop again there.
Ordered a pair of New Balance 547's and two pairs of socks (which were BOGO) last week before checking the reviews online of the site; my mistake that I now recognize. I was obviously very skeptical and worried that I just wasted $100 after seeing the difficulties people have previously had with the customer service. Since I ordered on a Saturday, it wasn't until Monday when I received the tracking number on my package. I then received my package on Friday, as expected, happy with what I had received. Thank you Shoe Palace! And for potential buyers reading this review, please don't let the other reviews deter you, I hope you have as good of an experience that I had.
Walked in to the baybrook location two employees talking to each other one was on the phone tried talking to them and didn't even acknowledge us by the time they noticed us we asked them what do we do for an exchange and they told us to go to the register verybrude
