Order was purchased July 3rd not August 14. The last order took almost 2 months to receive and only after complaints.
Shoes aren't created equal so it's a hit or miss honestly. Some are very well made and some are worse than Walmart shoes. The comfort is also a hit or miss. More for fashion than durability or quality.

I've been a faithful VIP customer since 2011!
I placed an order 9/21/2020. I used 2 of my credits & my 40% discount, my order came to a total of $13.70! I immediately received an email confirming my order for $13.80 & a $93.80 charge, which would have been my total without my credit & discount.
I IMMEDIATELY called customer service. The rep canceled the order and placed it from her end & it happened to her as well. A charge for me of $13.70 & $93.80. She assured me that she would reverse this. My bank account was billed for $93.80 twice & $13.70 three times!
Now I'm being told that this could take up to 30 days to refund because it was through PayPal! I'm very upset because during this pandemic I can't afford $228.70 for a pair of shoes & jeans! This came out of my checking account that had a grand total of $220.42!
My account went negative over a $4.25 charge letter I sent to my son in the military through Sandboxx app.
My banks overdraft fee $18
It was over drawn for a $14 charge & a $3 charge and Shoe Dazzle is doing nothing to rectify this issue! She offered me a $10 credit!
She can take that $10 credit and shove it!
I canceled my membership!

I've been a customer off and on and worked alongside the brand. I enjoy all of the different designs of shoes that they offer. The clothing and shoes come in different quality types and it's hard to tell what you will get sometimes. Trust the reviews. They tend to be very accurate and give you a great idea before you purchase.
Overall, I do recommend them if you're on a budget but with most lower budget shoes it's hit or miss with traction and they may or may not last that long depending on how you wear them. I have a collection of really cute shoes from ShoeDazzle!

Poor quality and the size is very narrow not true to size as well as I never get any one on the customer service line I have been trying to cancel my VIP membership for two months this is going on the third month and I am very dissatisfied!
I love ordering from shoesdazzle... sometimes the shoes fit " just ok", and other times they fit very well. This last purchase fit perfect and are very comfortable. I love that this is not a heavy or bulky shoe.

My order took almost a month to arrive, then all the shoes were one size bigger than they should have been even though they were labled 9.5. When trying to exchange them the site was glitching and wouldn't let me chose to exchange all three at the same time. Sent them out, after another month I contacted them, they said they only have record of me requesting to exchange one pair when there was three. Requested a full refund and they said they have to wait for the box to come. Nearly another month later I contacted them again letting them know I am shoeless and want my refund. Three months over one transaction, no thanks. Then when trying to cancel my subscription they were trying to bait me in with offers. Wow.

It was not clear the information about VIP membership of 39.99. They charged that amount( I didn't know) every month( too much) just to buy shoes at a sale price or 10 dollars.! I called and cancel that membership and the sales person said that I will have a 39.99 credit and that I could buy a pair or shoes at regular price using my credit amount... and I try to do it but I can't... a bad experience... thanks
I ordered a pair of black wedge sandals. And the very first time I wore them the sole broken off entirely from the wedge. It was like the glue just came completely undone. And the scrap was in between the sole and the wedge so the stap is broken as well. So $39.99 spent on a pair of shoes I was able to wear for about an hour.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
