I love everything about my items that I own from ShoeDazzle. Such amazing pieces that I wore often and will always style every year.
The clothes are priced as though they are high quality. I was shocked when I received my order because the clothes looked and felt like they were made from cheap materials. I could have found the same clothes at a cheap clothing store or flea market for a lot less money. I was satisfied with my first order which was shoes but the clothes are cheap feeling.

While I absolutely love my sandals and heels, due to me having thicker calves, I am unable to fit the over-the-knee and thigh-high boots. Is it possible to get a plus size version or widen the calf size capacity a little more?

Jeans did not fit right. High wasted yes but under my ribs and im 5'4 thought about trying to exchange but the waste was tight so idk if changing size would have helped. Just made wrong. 55 bucks they should of fit like a glove. But they were cute

I have been very happy with the shoes I have received from shoe dazzle. The only complaint I have is the selection is sometimes limited.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
