Lovely shoes, boots and booties. Because I wear low heel variety and they sell out fastest I would wish they would order more of those and fewer of the spiked heels that are so bad for your back.

I have bee a faithful shoedazzle customer for years. I just realized that they have no pumps that are stylish in larger sizes or wide sizes, I am realizing that I now need to go to other shoe sites to order pumps. This is making me very sad.

I always receive my orders in a timely fashion. Everything is exact as the photo's depict on the website and it is beautifully crafted both shoes, purses, clothing and jewelry for a fraction of the cost. What girl wouldn't want to indulge and shop for items that are affordable!

I have been a ShoeDazzle member for a few years now and almost every month purchase 2-5 pairs of shoes! They have beautiful selections at great prices! I stopped going to department stores and paying high end prices on shoes now. Im happy with 99.5% of all my purchases!

Ive been ordering since 2011. The company has added more shoes but less quality. They arent appealing to me anymore and a waste of money. The buckles are falling off. The stitching is inconsistent. Not happy at all.

Shoe dazzle is nothing but a ripoff. They are happy to take your money every month but when I couldn't find anything and I cancelled my membership they refused to refund my store credit and then when I tried to use the credit the price of the shoes almost doubled! That is theft in my book!
Placed an original order that was fine. Ordered another item and they sent the wrong one. Kept it anyways. Ordered again, sent the wrong item. Requested exchange. They said they would send an exchange. They sent the wrong item again. I called and they stated they could resend it but I'd probably get the wrong item. They said they'd process a return label but I'd have to call them back when I got an email stating they received my item to get a store credit refund. I told them I didn't want to have to call them back and they should have a process for receiving the item and refunding my account without me having to call again. The agent said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said no. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was able to do it. If you want to waste your time on the phone and at the post office, use ShoeDazzle. If you think your time is valuable, skip it.

I order shoes from this site actually liked the shoes. Came to the beginning of the month where they claim you can skip a month and found no such link! But seen a message stating that i skipped a month so i did nothing further. Check in my account today and saw that i was actually charged for the month! Contact them and the representative was very rude and didnt even read my concerns before connecting back with me. I WOULDNT recommend this site. Theyre total spammers!

I ordered some shoes from shoe dazzle for Christmas they were cute Ill give them this they have very nice shoes. I became a VIP member the rules when becoming a VIP member are you have 5 days to skip the month so for 5 days straight I kept going on the site trying to skip the month but it told me that I already had so I checked once more on the 6th day and it said the same thing so I left it alone. I get a notification today Jan 12th saying my card has been used for a purchase of $51 dollars ( I live in Canada) VIP membership is $39 US. so I go to my bank app I see theyve taken money out of my account, I was livid I called customer service and was on hold for almost an hour when I got on the phone I spoke to a very helpful man and according to him I didnt skip the month and I told him what the site was saying and he said its okay they can give me my refund but next time just skip the month. My money was back in my account within a couple of hours but they didnt refund me back the whole thing this website and justfab are full of crap Im cancelling my membership I can find cute affordable shoes elsewhere and not have to deal with BS.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
