After making it all the way through the checkout process I was notified later by email that a brand new pair of shoes suddenly became out of stock. You shouldnt allow customers to purchase products you dont have in stock. I dont care what the process is, its infuriating.
Love to shop at Shoe Dazzle, all the shoes and clothes are perfect fit! I been a customer for over 5 years now and most of my shoes are from them!. Great products, great service. I definitely recommend this site for clothes, shoes and bags purchase.

After selecting shoes I proceeded to checkout and because I am a returnee, ordering was just a matter of clicking on "submit" upon quick overview of order and information. The next day I received notification that my order had shipped. Super excited to get my new shoes!

Not much to say other than I love the shoes clothes and everything they have. Been a vip customer for about 6-7 years now and I have zero complaints. Everything I have order has been a great fit as well. Except one pair of pants I got. They were a little too small so I cant wear them but just look at them hahaha

Good quality of shoes and great prices at sales. Very nice design. Good customer attention. Not very clear the rules about how to use the points you accumulate in a period of time. Sometimes they change that without telling us, but besides that, the service is very good. I wish we could have more time than only 5 days to skip the month.

Loved my shoes but was cheated on some sales. I was see how the price of the shoes was go so much higher when I opted for either store credit or sale with as many shoes as I had bought I never really took the time to see how in fact I was being ripped off.
I'm always pleased with your service. Shoe fits fine and clothing fits perfectly all the time. I especially love the fact that you cater to the XS frame body ladies. Sexy shoes, sexy clothing equals sexy classy lady.

I tried contacting a customer service rep first online about my order and I had no success. Tried twice and had both chats open for an entire hour with no success, I nearly forgot about it until I went to close my browser. Tried calling their customer service and was told the wait time was nine minutes. Nine minutes passed and still counting. No response. Very dissatisfied, especially as they claim 24-hour service. Well, I've been waiting more than 3 hours for a response and I still haven't gotten one.
UPDATE: Contacted them through facebook. Someone replied asking for my order ID and hasn't replied since. Tried calling again and no response. Never purchasing from this site again.
I needed help skipping the month on 2 accounts and I received excellent customer service. He took his time in assisting me to make sure my requests were handled in a timely manner and he was very professional. You guys need to clone him, because he's great!

Just joined in Feb after a 3-yr hiatus because of their incompetence. I guess my memory was too short. In 1 WEEK they overcharged me twice. Plus I'd already ordered for March but get charged again anyway. I even called on 5th & was reassured I was ok for March & next 1 will be April. They, excuse the language, SUCK.

I made a 1 time purchase to see what it was all about. When i decided to cancel my membership i had to call them 3 times before they really did cancel my membership.
And to make matters worst i was frauded twice on my bank account of $60 both times
When i have never giving them my bank info when i placed my order it was with a totally different credit card that had nothing to do with my bank! Now i have to wait up to 60 days to get refunded from my bank! TOTAL RIP OFF CHEAP SITE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
