Placed an original order that was fine. Ordered another item and they sent the wrong one. Kept it anyways. Ordered again, sent the wrong item. Requested exchange. They said they would send an exchange. They sent the wrong item again. I called and they stated they could resend it but I'd probably get the wrong item. They said they'd process a return label but I'd have to call them back when I got an email stating they received my item to get a store credit refund. I told them I didn't want to have to call them back and they should have a process for receiving the item and refunding my account without me having to call again. The agent said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said no. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was able to do it. If you want to waste your time on the phone and at the post office, use ShoeDazzle. If you think your time is valuable, skip it.
