Every shoe I have purchased so far came with some sort of defect.
I have bought a lot of shoes from Shoe Dazzle. Unfortunately, they all tend to crack or peel after just a few wears. Even when buying at sale prices, I feel as though I just threw away my money. I would rather spend more for a shoe or boot that will last awhile than to continue buying products that I have to throw away after wearing only two or three times. I plan to cancel my membership.

I was so looking forward to receiving my new over the knee boots. My old ones are going quickly, but are well made and I bought them from Macy's 8 years ago.
When I looked on line, I saw these great looking boots, read the "so called" objective reviews and was hopeful they would have "The Cinderella Fit". No such luck. The quality was paper thin, the ankle bagged severely around my calf, even though, this was a question I asked, the overall boot was like having a black Hefty sack in faux suede material around your leg, instead of the promised and shown tight fit.
I used to buy clothes and shoes on line all the time 20 years ago with no problem. Now, everything is made with no individuality. Bottom. Line, if you want something to fit the right way, do not trust mass production sites on-line. You get what you paid for and even then it's too much! I will say, I had a good experience returning them, with problem.

I purchased these boots and not happy the tie extension is too much and the boot hits right behind my knee at the crease weird feeling. And I can't return them never wore because of issue but it shows nonreturnable when I tried to request return label Not happy been a member for years if your not happy with a purchase you should be able to get store credit at least,

I enjoyed my experience using Shoedazzle, it was a good resource to force me to spent money since I am trying to be more feminine. So the ease of access and browsing options kept me coming back especially since I had credits to spend anyway. I liked thinking about the look I wanted to go for and I appreciated some of their showcase suggestions. They have decent quality products but in the end the rate of return specific to price: quality was not enough to keep my VIP membership. The regular prices on a lot of the items are ridiculously high but I guess that's to make you feel like you got a deal when you pay $39.99 for a single item. I wonder if most of their business comes from the e-mail marketing they do for all the $5 to $20 deals they offer regularly. My main issue is that because of the VIP membership any deals they offer are voided. So it's basically set up where you can't use the $39.99 monthly credit for any of the sales. You pay the sale price with your own money or you pay the standard VIP price (usually conveniently priced around $39.99) in order to use the credit you already paid for to get the VIP membership. In the end, I just had to keep skipping months, use up the credits I had accumulated as quickly as possible and relinquish any store credit from returns in order to cut and run. I don't know if this model has since been changed but there were a few months I considered canceling the membership and just waiting for the sales.

I accidentally forgot to skip a month, which caused $39.95 to be deducted (part of the VIP membership terms). That was ok because i think of that as a "shoe piggy bank" for later. WEELLLLL, today i went to order some shoes because they were on sale for $20! When i tried to use that credit which has been sitting for a few months, i find out you lose the sale price... in addition to that, if the final price of the shoes is LESS than the $39.95 credit, too bad, their terms are "Each VIP Credit may be redeemed in its full amount only". This means, use it AND lose it i guess? My total was $32.95, that means I lose the $7 difference, it doesn't stay on my VIP account for another time. So lets see... they get $39.95 from me, restrict me from a sale price, and force me to spend at least ALL of the $39.95 on shoes that actually cost less. This is my penalty for giving them my business. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU START SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY... they have some fun shoes and quality is pretty decent, but don't ever forget to skip a month or you are cheating yourself out of their sales, and are forcing yourself to buy shoes for $40+

I love all the styles I have purchased but I have found it difficult because the sizes don't seem to be consistent. One shoe will fit perfectly in an 8 and another shoe pinches my toes. It has happened 3 times so far on 4 different pairs of shoes. They are super cute though so I still wear them!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
