I have never been disappointed with the service, but if you like something and its not there its a little upsetting. But they have a great variety of stuff to look at and purchase.
Most of the shoes I got so far fit like a glove. Others, however, didn't fit true to size. Also, quality is ok for the price, but not great. Most shoes didn't last for more than 3 months.

My shoes never came and I was never refunded my money back at all after talking to customer care they said they would send it and I would receive my refund in between three to 5 days and nothing yet.

Bought one pair of wedges in particular that broke the first time I wore them. Strap came completely off. Guess that's what you get when you pay $14 for a pair of shoes but was disappointed that they didn't even last 30 minutes.

The heals are way too high, and there are not enough options for sensibly statured shoes. I have ordered several shoes and haven't been able to wear them because it is too difficult to walk in them.

The quality has gone downhill. I ordered a total of 4 tall boots between size 8 and 8.5. All were too narrow and very uncomfortable. Wide sizes are available but I have purchased boots on this site in the past and never had to buy a size wide.
I initially ordered 2 pairs of boots and both were uncomfortable, too narrow, and optically different than the boots pictured online. I returned those for store credit so I wouldn't lose 5.95 per pair which I find ridiculous. The restocking fee shouldn't apply if the boots were falsely advertised (not receiving what the picture showed, color or otherwise). I used the store credit to order two more pairs that weren't better but I decided to keep them so I wouldn't have to go through the frustration of the return policy.
I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription.

Since I've joined Shoedazzle in 2012, I've always been able to receive shipments to Guam (a territory of United States). Only in 2018 was my orders being returned back and never making it to me. I've lost out on many store credits, discounts, and feel as though my membership is no longer useful. I've contacted customer support many times to inquire, and I have only been told that they are unsure when they will be able to ship to Guam. I truly hope that this can be fixed soon as I have always enjoyed being a member of Shoedazzle! I also have not ended my membership because I was told I would lose all my rewards.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
