ORDERED EARRING AND NEKLESS USING THE PINTS I HAD ACCUMULATED AND THEY WERE NOT SHIPPED. WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON WAS NOT HELPFULL AT ALL AND HONESTLY THE CLOTHNG SO FAR I ORDERD WAS NOT THE BEST QUALITY EFTER THE FIRST WAS THE METERAIL LOOK LIKE I HAVE HAD IT FOR YEARS. THE SHOES IS A HIT A MISE AND THE SIZE IS NOT ACCURATE I AM A SIZE 7 BUT SOME SHOES SOME PAIRS I HAVE BOUGHT ARE NO USE TO BE AS THEY ARE TOO BIG.

I ordered a pair of boots, and a couple of days later I received an email stating my order has shipped with an expected delivery date, well that day came and went with no delivery. Contacted shoe dazzle and was told it was running behind schedule because of the weather, (understandable). Another week passed with no delivery and no updates from shoe dazzle, so I contacted them only to find out that my boots were never shipped out to begin with because they had been out of stock all along for over a month. I asked why did I receive an email stating it had shipped, and why was I told it was delayed due to the weather? No one could answer my questions, and I was asked would I like a refund? I will never order from them again.

Love all the shoes and the varieties every month. The shoes are pretty good quality and are comfortable.
I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, so I did and then I later found out that I had signed up for a subscription without knowing. They charged my account $40 and then everytime I tried to contact them to cancel the subscription(because you have to call them to do this), they wouldn't answer the phone and I'd be waiting for hours on hold. When I finally got a hold of someone, he kept trying to trick me into just keeping the "store credit" and he'd add 10 more points(dollars) for free! I said no, I would just like to cancel my subscription and get my money back. He kept trying to tell me other things to distract me from cancelling the subscription. In the end, I finally got it cancelled and got my money back, but it took me around the world before that happened.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
