I measured my calf got the plus size calf which should have given about 2 inches of slack according to your measurements and the foot and the calf were too skinny

I received another defective item. Which isn't the first time it's happened. The fact that I had to wait until the defective item was returned to get a replacement item is insane to me.

Took way to long to deliver l couldn't track my shoes l ordered l pair then 6 more and the order with the most shoes came before the boots and when I received the shoes they fit really small so I gave them away the boots are way to big I look like a clown and they just sitting in the closet

No where on the sale site did it say if you accept the VIP were you going to be charged 39.99 a month and that's your credit. Only to find out when I was charged with no agreement to do so. After I complained it all the sudden it was added to the sight. I have others that had the same thing happen. So I will never be mislead or buy from here again.

They are very well made and affordable. They look and fit like a more high-end shoes. Their boots run true to size. And I haven't been dissatisfied with any of my purchases and I've been buying things for the Last 5 Years.

Well, my experience was terrible. I bought a couple shoes in December and the products never came to my house. Very disappointed. I don't recommend to anyone. Fake products.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
