You guys shipped my boots out and it never made it off the truck i went nuts ookimg for them and to top it off i needed my voots for my bday i ordered two pairs how is it that the free baazar mag came to my home but not the boots. You guys ruined my bday because thats what it was for. I will never wvwr order from you guys again.

It's so hard for me to purchase shoes or boots online. Especially boots. They said extended calf size but they didn't really fit. I had to sell them on Facebook.

Shoes are bad quality. And I couldn't return them online I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with someone to get a shipping label to send the shoes back. By that time I wanted to cancel my subscription.

The clothes I ordered was perfect. However, the shoes are a different matter. They are extremely narrow and if you happen to find a pair in wide width, they too are narrow. I ordered the same 3 pair of shoes in different sizes and they still didn't fit. I just gave them to my sister and niece.

I am not a large woman but I order wide calf boots for comfort. I ordered 2 pairs and neither one were wide calf. These were extremely narrow.
