Their Customer service almost turned me into a Karen LMAO
I called to cancel my order and the employee I spoke to seemed to know what they were doing (they were very polite and well spoken). They said the order was cancelled and that I would receive an email when the cancellation went through, and that my money would return to my account in a day or a few.
Fast forward to four days later and I got an email saying that my order was shipped? What the actual f.
All I can do for now is wait for the order to get to me and ship it back.
The second employee I talked to (also very polite) said that I would get a guaranteed full refund after sending everything back, but honestly Shoedazzle's Customer Service is giving me trust issues lol

I've never had a problem with Shoedazzle orders or deliveries and I understand about the current Pandemic situation however it is taking way longer than normal. I may rethink my membership and cancel until things settle down a bit!

I like the site and the shoes overall. The only thing I can consistently say is that there is ALWAYS a default or wrong stitching//problem with one of the shoes in any order. I don't get it. A blotch, or indent/discoloration on a shoe.
It's pretty annoying and disappointing when you are so excited about receiving your shoes.

Order some shoes and got them in where they where a size too big. Went online to try to fix my issue, but for returns, you have to call. Ever time I called, I never got to speak to anyone or I got hung up on.

I have so far purchase 4 pairs of shoes in which only 1 fits me all others are to big or too wide. I have tried to return for smaller size but system does not allow. In addition, the shoes are not the best quality. I am going to cancel my enrollment.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
