Horrible I paid for my subscription for 2 months without buying shoes. I had two credits. When trying to my credits they tell me I cant. I would like to cancel so they did and tell me they wont refund my money I paid but didn't use.
Same shoes they charging 49.99 for can be found in payless or fabco stores for half the price

I have no complaints. When ever I order my shoes for myself or even a gift for others I have relevance them in a timely manner even when the covid 19 pandemic started. I have been with shoe dazzle for some years and have no complaints.

The shoes are cheap and the bottoms slick. You will slide and fall in them.
Overall, when receiving shoes they are too narrow. This is a waste of money and time to have to send back in the mail

Love the look of the shoe but the plastic hurt my foot in many places. Maybe it would contour to my foot it I had been able to wear enough to break them in but the pain wasn't worth the effort.

It took a month for them to receive my shoes back in order for them to send out the exchange pair. Its unbelievable!. It wasnt my postal service it was their third party service

My purchase was never delivered. I tried to talk to customer service with no resolution insight. They lost a loyal customer.
Loved the customer service, and I got my shoes in No time!
Usually everything goes pretty smoothly, just wish some of the items looked as good as the photos and sometimes the colors are slightly different than the photos shown for an item. Other than that they are usually good about returns and such

Beware. Cheaply made items at an expensive price. They charge you monthly regardless. Their stuff is cheaply made and look like they are made for street walkers.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
