Got an email from them saying that my order shipped on June 22. It is now July 16 and still have not received my order. Tracking is a waste of time because one day they say my order will arrive on a certain day and then when that day has come and gone, tracking says 'an estimated delivery date is coming soon'. Customer service was no help.
I purchased a lovely pair of shoes in January 2020. Decided I didn't want or need a membership for Shoe Dazzle so therefore I canceled my membership in February 2020. Fast forward to July 2020 and the company billed my account for a membership fee! This shoe site appears to be a scam! Buyers BEWARE!

They have a wonderful deceiving "first time customer deal". A countdown begins and you are told you have an hour to purchase shoes at a discounted rate. Dont get to excited like I did and skip over the fine print. Read the fine print because that's bull. After the first purchase you are automatically SOMEHOW allowing them to charge your card $39.95 every month for a bogus "vip" membership. I say some how, because I DID not give consent to have my card charged every month. Now if you fell for it like me, hopefully within the second month of being charged you realize what's going on. I called the company to cancel the membership and was even given one payment back. Just randomly checked my bank statements to find out my card was charged again today. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to change my card.

Initially I had no issues with ShoeDazzle. For the most part- I'm pleased with my items. As of late- I HAVE HAD THE MOST UNPLEASANT experience with them! The customer service is soooo bad! No one takes accountability; and they seem like they don't want to be bothered for the most part. This last experience was so poor- I don't even have the energy to write my story. BE CAUTIOUS!

It took two and a half weeks and. It kept saying it would be longer and then I saw the box but it still said hadn't been delivered
I've been a member of Shoedazzle for several years now and I used to like their merchandise. I became a member because I like purchasing different styles of shoes but over the past year or so I have not been a satisfied customer. I have received boots that are not of good quality. They look good on the website but once I receive them the look is cheap at best. I have bought sandles where the jewels have just fallen off and also there need to be a better selection of shoes that are not 3 plus inches high. I am middle age and not trying to cause injury in high heels. The bottom line is that I have not been purchasing anything because I am not happy with the quality of your merchandise. Also your credit and point system is not appealing. If I have credits or points they should go toward whatever I choose to purchase, whether on sale or not, after all I did acquire them through purchasing items from your company.

I got the vip special and bought about 5 pairs of shoes. I wore one pair twice and noticed the bottom starting to separate from the shoes. These are one of my favs and it sucks the quality is so poor.don't think I want to continue to pay vip for shoes I more can't wear more then 2x.

Easy. Just long wait to get shoes shipped. The shoes are about 1/2 a size small but I usually plan for that and order accordingly

I order my shoes on June the 4th, it took 3 weeks for them to get here. When I did receive my shoes well what I thought was my shoe, it was the wrong shoe. They were supposed to ship me the correct shoe through rush shipment, which I was told that it'll be her no later than Tuesday June 30th. My shoes are not here, when I called the lady told me they will be here by the 8th; which the shoe is needed today July 3rd because it's for my sister who is getting married today, and we're looking forward to the shoe to wear to get married in. This is absolutely disappointing.
Everytime I have been on your website to shop, there seems to no in shock supply of any styles for me to purchase from your company.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
