This company was constantly taking money from my account they double charged me 2 times and blamed it on COVID they took 2 "membership fees" that I didn't sign up for 2 times days apart from each other. Don't buy shoes from them the shoe material sucks and they rip you off by double charging anyways!

The shoes are great but it takes to long to get the shoes and they charge for shipping all other shoes don't charge for shipping and I get the shoes faster

I always check the latest styles of shoe dazzle and I like the handbags better than the shoes. As the heel is way too high to me. But the customer services always excellent and professional.

I really wanted to like Shoedazzle. They have the cutest shoes! Unfortunately, they have very few styles that come in wide width and even fewer styles that are size 11w. So, after maintaining my VIP status for 6 months, I gave up and cancelled. In the end, my review is that if you have standard width feet or smaller sized feet with wide with, you should be fine. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Ordered a pair of sandals size 12. Was super excited because it's difficult to get shoes I actually like. When they finally arrive the literally SHOULDVE been marked size 10! So disappointed

I canceled my subscription but apparently I must be crazy because they still took money out of my account. Been on hold for 2 hours! I keep calling and hanging up and calling again because it said 3 minutes but then 40 minutes will go by! Absolutely ridiculous considering there is one caller ahead of me! I've purchased items with shoe dazzle and now I'm having trouble stopping! You guys are leaches that's won't answer the phone so I cancel! There is no other way to do it! I have kids that will be going without lunch tomorrow because you wanna take money out hard working moms accounts! I just would like to speak with someone.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
