I feel like the website needs updated shoes and accessories. Also, when a person should be emailed or notified for reminders before its to late to skip a month. If you are late you should be able to redeem if after so many days of the deadline or get a credit for it.

I've sent my shoes back to get a different size and they never sent my new size back to me!
I've been a SD member for over 5 years. $39.95 a month for the past 5 yrs! It's a lot but it was worth it with the one time fee that (USED TO) include free shipping and taxes. After all these years as of 8/13/2020 I cancelled my membership... ShoeDazzle has now added an "import tax", sales tax AND you have to pay for shipping! By the time its all done, I paid $11.00 extra in fees! NOPE! What's the point in having a "membership" and turn around and add on extra fees@ the checkout. Goodbye SD. STAY AWAY!

It's a nice site to order great deals from, but it's ridiculous to have to pay nearly $40 every month if I haven't bought anything or skipped. I have a busy work schedule and cannot always keep track of time. On the plus side, the customer service representatives have been understanding when I call to skip the month.

I love ordering from shoesdazzle... sometimes the shoes fit " just ok", and other times they fit very well. This last purchase fit perfect and are very comfortable. I love that this is not a heavy or bulky shoe.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
