I've been a customer off and on and worked alongside the brand. I enjoy all of the different designs of shoes that they offer. The clothing and shoes come in different quality types and it's hard to tell what you will get sometimes. Trust the reviews. They tend to be very accurate and give you a great idea before you purchase.
Overall, I do recommend them if you're on a budget but with most lower budget shoes it's hit or miss with traction and they may or may not last that long depending on how you wear them. I have a collection of really cute shoes from ShoeDazzle!

The membership is too expensive for the quality of shoes that are provided on the site. Only to get the sale you must purchase from the sale. If you use credits you have to pay full price. There's no benefit to having a membership when you can just shop and pay the same price for better quality shoes. That is a sucker play business. I am not a sucker.

I'm still waiting on refunds because I skip month and you still take my money!
The glitter around one pair of shoes is literally glitter "tape" and was peeling off before I took them out of the box. The other pair has rhinestones on them and the rhinestones are glued with something so poor the stones can be moved with your finger. They are also coming off. NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed. They were cute sandals and fit very well. However, my second time wearing them(probably 30 mins of wear time all together) walking through Walmart, the strap snapped off and I had to slide my foot across the floor while I walked out so the shoe wouldn't fall off.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
