Shoes aren't created equal so it's a hit or miss honestly. Some are very well made and some are worse than Walmart shoes. The comfort is also a hit or miss. More for fashion than durability or quality.

The quality of the materials is a complete joke. The products are made by slave labor in China. Premium prices, and ridiculous delivery costs. Avoid at all costs.

I bought each my daughter and granddaughter a pair of shoes a few months ago. I wrote a letter that they were coming. I have heard nothing from Shoe dazzle. No money, nothing.

My most recent order took over a Month to be delivered to me. I called customer service Only to discover that my order had not shipped after 1week from my order date; Upon the call I still haven't received my order so, I called for a 2nd time only to find out that my order had a shipping delay. So, after about a month I finally received my package.

When I receive my shoes the left one was scrape up and clue was all over the shoe I called to tell them about it they did not care or wanted to do anything about it.

I always love my experience with shoedazzle, however my last order, I didn't receive the colours I wanted and apparently someone made the decision to ship whatever colour was available, that is my only gripe, I wish for future they would at least inform me of the the colour I ordered being out of stock and allow me to decide if I wanted whatever colour was in stock at the time

Shoes are cheap, place is a ridiculous. Take almost $60.00 a month and wouldn't even allow me to use my credit, not to mention receiving the wrong pair of shoes?!?

I've been a faithful VIP customer since 2011!
I placed an order 9/21/2020. I used 2 of my credits & my 40% discount, my order came to a total of $13.70! I immediately received an email confirming my order for $13.80 & a $93.80 charge, which would have been my total without my credit & discount.
I IMMEDIATELY called customer service. The rep canceled the order and placed it from her end & it happened to her as well. A charge for me of $13.70 & $93.80. She assured me that she would reverse this. My bank account was billed for $93.80 twice & $13.70 three times!
Now I'm being told that this could take up to 30 days to refund because it was through PayPal! I'm very upset because during this pandemic I can't afford $228.70 for a pair of shoes & jeans! This came out of my checking account that had a grand total of $220.42!
My account went negative over a $4.25 charge letter I sent to my son in the military through Sandboxx app.
My banks overdraft fee $18
It was over drawn for a $14 charge & a $3 charge and Shoe Dazzle is doing nothing to rectify this issue! She offered me a $10 credit!
She can take that $10 credit and shove it!
I canceled my membership!

I did not like shoedazzle I felt there where shoes I did not like but was forced to order them anyway because while in the pandemic I was unable to get to my bank and remove your store from my bank card, I tried to stick around and order more shoes but it was horrible I will never do that again with any store.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
