Ok so shipping took longer than expected. I completely forgot I ordered shoes. But the quality and detail was worth the wait. My husband even said you guys should make men boots because of the quality lol

Do NOT use them. They tell you one shipping time frame but its 2 weeks longer. It takes over a month to get shoes. They try to trick you into buying more shoes while you wait for your package. Called to get a refund because it was past the 2 week time I was first told and they wouldn't give me one, said it is an extra 2 week shipping on certain months of the year. I was told to just wait for the package. They don't know when I will receive it!

I signed up and even skipped a month and was still charged. I have tried canceling every day for the last two weeks. I've been on hold for an hour at a time and no one picks up OR they pick up and pretend like they can't understand what you are saying. The minute I mention I want to cancel, they pretend to not understand me. I am currently on hold and it is in the 2nd hour. I don't know how I'm going to cancel this subscription. Worst company I have ever seen. The shoes are awful, the service is awful, and I can't even figure out how to cancel the service. They took 39.95 from me this month even though I skipped a month and tell me there is no possible way to get that money back. It is so frustrating and I hope no one ever signs up.
I placed an order and it charged my account. However, my shopping cart was still full and my items did not ship. I called customer service and the man on the phone kept getting snappy with my and gocong attidude when teying to explain that my order disnt go through due to using a prepaid card. Which I did not understand because I have use prepaid cards with them for over 2 years now. I finally asked to just speak to the supervisor, because his attitude just kept saying the same thing to me. He slammed the phone down and nwver connected me with a supervisor. I was places kn hild for over 30 mins before I hung up! My problem is still unsolved!

I have ordered shoes from this website without knowing their image. After that for some reasons I returned the shoes and It cost me $30.47 CAD... In return I got $3.41 refund... Is this for real? The customer service they give is bad. They will put your call on hold and never come back of they know they have to be answerable here... Their services $#*!ed me up every morning I have issues with them...

Boots are made of poor cheap quality. Do not fit over the calf for wide leg. This order made me cancel my membership.

I originally gave them two stars, but changing to one star. I would give them no stars if I could. This is a lying, thieving, scam of a company- don't waste your money. They haven't shipped my boots even though they claim they have. I've been in contact with USPS about it and nobody with them has the package. ShoeDazzle refuses to refund my money. Total waste of time and money. Never give this company your business. Oh yea, they claim they'll get with you within 24-48 hours with customer service, but that also is just ANOTHER lie.
ShoeDazzle's shipping service has been a terrible experience so far for me. My order #934493496 has been in pre-shipment for TEN days... Fourteen days is the MAX AMOUNT of days their entire shipping process takes, or so they claim. I've called their help line once and talked to someone in their live chat, but it was no help. The person in live chat actually lied and said USPS had already picked up the package. USPS has not picked up the package, ShoeDazzle has merely created a shipping label for it and nothing else. This is my first and most likely last time ordering from this company. Ship my boots, ShoeDazzle! If they are not shipped soon, I will be demanding a refund.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
