Purchase was not what i was expecting. Went to cancel my membership and they had told me it had been cancelled but they did not cancel it and proceeded to charge me my monthly fee. When i confronted them about it saying i was under the impression my membership had been cancelled by a associate through chat the associate through chat the second time made it seem like it was my fault and that i should be more careful and pay more attention. Not a good experience at all.
When I first bought the boots I thought I was getting a good deal. They were supposedly $75 boots and I paid like $25-$30 for them. What I did not know what they had signed me up for a "vip membership and proceeded to charged my card $35 a month. 2 months before I noticed it. So technically I paid like $100 for some cheap $#*! boots which should have been $10 cuz they fell apart in like two weeks. NEVER AGAIN!

I got some thigh length boots but they are all scrunched up when I put them on and my friend has the same ones and don't have the same issue. The shoes don't barely come up my thigh and she's bigger then me.

I'm a VIP shoe dazzle shopper. Previous times when I've ordered from Shoe Dazzle I've never had a problem and they seemed to arrive rather quickly. This last time however, seems like its taking longer than usual? Is that due to the COVID pandemic? It's been about a week. I still have hopes that I will receive them but, if I don't I'll have to cancel my subscription. What a shame. (proof of purchase posted/minus my address of course)

I contacted Shoe Dazzle to close out my account last month. Today funds were drafted from one of my bank accounts which caused an NSF. They claimed that I skipped a month last month because there's no record of me speaking to a representative. I clearly have the confirmation # that was read to her. But... continued to say they have no record. They refuse to refund the NSF. They are thieves. Again I received confirmation # and Case ID # along with an email I should receive confirming cancelation and refund. Of course my fee will not be refunded because they have no "option" for that. This is what the manager stated. Im so done with this company!

I had been involved with SD since 2009 and in my early college years i got a really bad shoe habit thanks to them and spent a ton of money. In the last few years i have completely changed and i hadnt purchased any of their shoes in a long time. I would forget here and there to skip the month and i accumulated a lot of credits which turned into gift cards. Well, to my shock, these gift cards expire! I called to get my gift card numbers to use them and then close my account but i was faced with the fact they kept my money due to the expired gift cards. I expressed my horror that i was charged hundreds of dollars in credits and i got no merchandise in return! Finally, they were able to issue me a refund for most of the money, especially at this time that i don't have a job, im so grateful! Now I will definitely have good things to say about them since they were 100% fair.

I tried to cancel but they only paused even though I asked them to cancel. Ended up taking more money out. Then I call about it and they are like no we can't refund it. You have to spend it and then we can go from there. I spend it and call to cancel and am told they will have to cancel my order to cancel subscription. They are trying to get people to forget so they can screw them.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
