I love my new shoes. They have gotten so many compliments.
When I originally signed up it was to get shoes for my daughter who wore a size 12-13. It was very difficult to find shoes for her. Soon after you no longer carry 13. For me, it seems there isn't alot of selection unless I want high hills. The selection of flats and tennis shoes, sneakers etc. is almost non existent.

I ordered a pair of brown in either November or December. I had to cancel this order in January because it took so long to get my. I still plan to shop with Shoe Dazzle because I love their shoes.

You were taking money that's called theft that put me out in my account and funds my rent cheque bounced and I was almost evicted and homeless because of unauthorized funds

My package hasn't arrived. I talked to the lady and she said it would be here by the first ( which was my birthday) but it never came and now my birthday has past without the clothes I planned on wearing. I will be canceling my subscription now.

I purchased a pair of moccasins and 2 pair of boots Nov. 25th 2020. I FINALLY received the moccasins sometime after Christmas. I have yet to receive my 2 boots. Im so disappointed in this company. Never again!

They charged me $34 something for a subscription when I sisbt sign uo for it. I only ordered one pair of pants and was done. While I love the pants. That I paid $15.84 for. I'd like my money back for the 34$ something they charged me. I don't want a credit because I won't be shopping here again.

I had two vip credits and was unable to use them reached out to customer support they were no help at all so I canceled the account and they didn't even offer any type of refund or anything for my two credits of $39.95 terrible service will never shop here again
Canceled my exchange then kept my money and never sent my exchange after my return was sent months back

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
