I have tried and tried to log into my account to redeem my credit and every time I am unable. I click on the help button and it only says OOPS. I just want to cancel my VIP at this time and redeem my credit that is available please.

I liked the selection. But the monthly subscription is just a nuisance. It is just a mechanism in hopes you will forget to skip each month, and pay the almost $50.

It took 3 days so they could fix my order and when they did i didn't like the boots at all they don't look like the ones in the picture. I still have them in the box never use and i don't think i will and asked to cancel my membership and they haven't either still getting charge monthly..

So I ordered about maybe 8 pair of heels due to me being a model and always in photoshoots. Now my issue is all of a sudden I'm so called a vip member and they've been charging my card (the one I don't even use) 39.95.
(My purchase I had credit. *: didn't know that till checkout*: and used and I only had to pay a dollar for 7_8 or so pairs heels)
When I realized I went ahead and turnt my card off! (So now when I go into a store I turn it on at the counter when I remember to)
Now being the fact I havnt had time to call since my schedule is busy I called today the first time. Spoke to someone and told her what happen and she hung up.
I then wrote shoedazzle on Instagram and they told me call the same number I called already.
I called back and the lady clearly seen between the 2 cards but still did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Card was charged prior to me turning it off and it's 2 they recently tried.
I called for refunds but that's clearly not happening so.
I'm only in the field I'm in because I have a high goal set for myself and I'm still investigating in myself as is so After I shoot in the rest of the heels I won't be shopping with this company again.
My main goal is to make money through my modeling, billboards, music, magazines, brand ambassador, get my son into nick and Disney etc.

Great, vip is not monthly unless you want it to be. Skipping the month gives you that freedom to be a vip regardless if you pay or not.

The side goes down when I try to put them on I would like to exchange for a bigger size

My account and order was cancelled because they didn't like that our family has multiple accounts here, with the same address obviously, so they cancelled it-along with my sister's-with no communication. I had to reach out to customer service chat, which was exceptionally rude and unapologetic. I've been a member for years and I will be cancelling.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
