The shoes were low quality, you could see the gluing on the sole. The sizing was off.

I really love the overall easy and fun nature of the website. I love shoes and can shop all day. I've noticed that a lot of the heels I have purchased are not comfortable and end up sitting in a dusty dox somewhere.

Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my account because even when I "skip the month" they have charged me. I have not found any shoes I have liked so I asked about how to get my money back and cancel my account as I have yet to purchase anything and I was told that they do not give refunds but they will be happy to cancel my account. So they keep your money and cancel your account. I had to purchase some ". Decent" shoes that they have just to use up my credits, hopefully these ones are of better qulity and are good enough to gift to friends and family. The choices in shoes are no good. Everything looks the same and are cheaply made. I will not be using this service for shoe shopping anymore

I have tried so hard to like Shoedazzle but I'm between a 7 and 7.5, and have to order a 6.5 or smaller if I want them to fit properly. The material used is rough and straps tend to dig into my feet. I've gotten 4 pairs of shoes, and only one fit properly. To top it off, I've been skipping months because their selection just isn't the greatest. There are either ridiculously high stiletto/spike heels, or weird 90s styled shoes with odd shapes or square toes.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
