I wore the sandals one time for 2 hours and the jewels are coming out of the top
Everything I bought is great and lovely and of good quality. Their products are amazing. My only issue is that if you get locked out of your account it takes forever to get back in even if you reset your password a million times. Come to think of it they take forever to issue refunds for returns too compared to other sites.

The strap closure seems like a clever idea, however, very difficult for me to maneuver. I would never order another pair with that type of closure. I give this 2 stars.

I love boots & shoedazzle delivers a variety of good quality & great selection of boots/ booties. Fair prices & discounts with fast track shipping. My favorite are the "Carrie ombre faux fur fuzzies." I purchased my 1st pair 2yrs. Ago. I was even more excited when they came out with different colors. Just as quick as they came out they were sold-out. I even sent an email in this regards, but I never received a response. I did purchase the same color that i purchased 2 yrs. Ago. I still love them that much. It would be awesome If I could have the chance to purchase them in a different color.

Well they don't explain you will be charged excessively after becoming a member luckily I read the email and canceled in time to not be over charged but then I was also disappointed w the Wedge sandles I purchased because due to the funky straps that don't fit right they are unwearable.

I paid extra for express to have my shoes for my graduation but it never came on time. My shoes didn't fit and I could not get anyone to send me a return slip to send back them back. Will never buy from them again, very poor customer service

Tried to order boots for wide feet. The boots came & were too small & shouldn't have been & the legs on them are so freaking ridiculously wide they look stupid! They aren't anything like the pictures... deceiving! Now I'm stuck with $40 boots no one can wear. It was a total waste of money. Don't order boots from these people! I got too busy as a teacher & had a family member die from covid & couldn't get them returned in their time frame. I'm not Dazzled by this rip off!

The shoes i bought for my boys run small and i printed return slip but found out i have to pay for shipping to return the item, so i have to give the younger one the senior one size and the small size is just laying around.
Then my own shoe quality is not as expected, this is the first time im experiencing this with shoedazzle.

Horrible shoe. Wish I had worn it sooner in time to return them. I bought two pairs of these and they hurt my feet, you can not walk in these shoes for longer than 5 minutes. Caused significant bruising. Waste of money

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
