My experience with shoe dazzle with latest purchase was as I said fabulous I ordered the brown leather jacket for the dark falling leaves of fall and the black and white combination purse and ankle boots for winter to wear with black legging and jacket I had something in mine for all the items I order from shoe dazzle if not for at that time I'm getting a out fit together piece by piece believe me I have something in mine from your great collection of clothes and shoes and jacket and purses jewelry that I love I will be a customer for life I'm looking forward to many more great deals I took advantage of your black Friday deal to purchase these items it was a great deal for VIP members

I ordered my homecoming shoes a week before and paid for 2-3 day shipping and didn't receive them on time. I still have not received my shoes and it is December 1st.

Shoe dazzle has gone down hill since the Kardashian's sold the company. There is little to no padding so the shoes are uncomfortable, boxes are consistently damaged in shipping,
Actually had a pair of shoes stolen in shipment. The courier opened the package, stole the pair of shoes, left the lid as evidence that the shoes were shipped. Called customer service and they did nothing. Fortunately I used PayPal and was issued a FULL refund. Shop with caution. All the negative reviews can be wrong.

There are so many shoe options in this online store for every budget and taste! I ordered several pairs of shoes for myself in the summer, only one did not fit. Too narrow for my legs! Overall, I am happy with the purchase!

This business is THE WORST! Take your money, charge you multiple times and don't even send the product and say they have no record of anything yet it's all in my bank statements and confirmation emails! Never will I ever order from here ever again!

While i have used shoedazzle numerous times and am always happy with the quality of the shoes their return policy is ridiculous. As a customer is you return a product that is too small for you, one might expect a FULL refund, not just a refund for the shoes, you also expect the shipping as well. I did not want half of a refund.

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
