These shoes were surprisingly comfortable being how sexy they look. They have a great grip at the bottom also which I love.
I never ordered any shoes on November 12th. I had ordered a pair of shoes in October. I was going through my transactions on my debit card & shoedazzle had charged my card $39.99 on November 12th. I disputed it at the bank. I got on my shoedazzle account to see if someone had gotten in my account & ordered something. Well, it said on my account that I have been given a credit worth $39.99 so I could order a pair of shoes worth $39.99 for free. No, they didn't give me a free credit, they charged my card, then acted like they were gonna give me free shoes! This is very shady & scandelous. I don't know why I haven't closed my account but I will never order anything from shoedazzle ever again!

My most recent order included two pairs of shoes in size 8. Only one pair was the correct size. The other pair was a 7.5 which is too small and not what I ordered regardless. A refund would help but apparently too much to ask based on my previous experience.
I hadn't placed an order in months because my last order was even worse. Those shoes fell apart the first day I wore them, which happened to be during a job interview so it was the worst timing. I reached out online to let Shoe Dazzle know about the issue and never received a response, much less an apology or refund.

Changes to the site have obviously been made, which is to be expected with any growing business. My issue is that the site no longer provide fit details! Because of this, I have made several purchases with the wrong fit, because im unaware of the fit. Reading through reviews gives some insight, but honestly, I'd prefer not to read through a list of reviews to know what size I should purchase. I am a 7.5 across the board and the 7.5 I've purchased have majority been too big! This is frustrating to have to waste time returning purchases, especially if a shoe is needed for a special occasion. The fit description must return, before I make another purchase!

The shoes had some defects on back heel that is visible, black lining of heel wasn't allogned. Heels was also bigger than what it looked like on picture. The website wasn't clear on how to return an item. I made one purchase months ago.

Was sent the wrong item and customer service refused to replace it with the right item or refund me without my returning their mistake. I should not have to do work to get refunded for something that was not my error. Terrible customer service and poor business practices/

If I could 0.5 star I would… I paid for my shoes on Tuesday morning and also for overnight shipping… I was expecting to have my shoes by Saturday even thought I paid for the overnight shipping…. I do not have my shoes… I've made several calls to fed ex and to shoe dazzle … shoe dazzle has not shipped my shoes to fed ex still… as I look at fed ex website now I'm pissed that they still haven't received the shoes… I missed an important event due to me not being able to have the shoes that I bought… I'm so u impressed… I won't be able to wear these shoes… how do I cancel this transaction and get my funds back…

ShoeDazzle has been a pleasant experience for me. My initial experience with them was acceptable; the shoes didn't really fit me well, but the handbags were always of high quality, especially if cared for properly. I don't buy here very frequently, but when I do, it's mostly for handbags; however, now that I know what size to get while shopping for clothes, I'll attempt to become a regular.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
