My last few orders I requested expedited shipping and the orders still came late. I never a refund on my shipping fees.
I joined Shoedazzle because I had seen many ads on social media about their sales and every pair of shoes I saw in the ad was my style! I took the quiz and was blown away and how well it matched my true style profile. The prices and discounts were legit and for the prices of the items (typically $30 or less per pair) the quality is very nice! I have tried boots, booties, slippers, mules, and sneakers and have loved EVERY PAIR. I also love the option to shop and skip every month and that allows the budget to be very flexible as well.
Overall I have no complaints! I wish the fashion choices were more diverse and a bit cheaper but otherwise. I love it!

I used to subscribe to this website a few years ago and I feel like there was several more options for wide width styles then. There isn't much now. Also they're constantly running sales, so it's not like you can really use your monthly credits anyway.

I end up keeping it for my rewards on the lucky chance I can order things but sadly I'm a common shoe size so it's very rarely actually in stock. Most days shopping with you is disappointing! Other then that, I do like your quality and comfort of your shoes.

I wore the boots I bought 1 time, and the heel ripped right off, it was held down with a drop of glue. Not great for fall weather let alone winter ( why I bought them)

The shoes I ordered are size 8n half which is what I wear but these shoes are like a size 12 can't wear them you make it impossible to return them if u don't have a computer and printer so now im stuck with these shoes that I can't wear

Customer service was an absolute joke! My order was deleted because I had a legal name change of marriage. Then I was told to reorder the 11 items, however 7 of the 11 were no longer available. The representative then told me I would receive a $50 coupon to the next purchase, this was laughable as I will not shop here again! I refused to research the items originally ordered instead having the representative replace the order only to receive items I never wanted. I will not waste my time shopping on this site again and I recommend going else where for quality shoes.

I would have never bought from this company if I knew their little gimmicks and I recommend no one else does. I should be able to opt into a program by selecting to being in it. Not by ordering something and on a small card they tell you about it and automatically put you in it. If like me you dont usually look at those things and just throw them away you get screwed out of $40 a month for nothing. Still dont understand it. This is the worst thing I've had to deal with from an online company. I will not buy again nor will I recommend this to anyone. No one should be taken advantage of like this. Beware if you do buy

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
