The boots sale was incredible, I love everything that I have ordered and the compliments on each boot, and I have big feet (size 10), the comfort, fast delivery, the prices keeps me from not leaving Shoedazzle.

Not only is the quality of the shows is very low and cheap, but when I had to call to custumer service today, I was very disapointed. They Say that they Will Do what it takes to help you and be sure that tour are satisfaid, but when I said that I have been charged by error, they offered only to refund only a small part of the amount, stating that the balance Will be credited. Even if I insisted that I did not want a credit but a full refund, they refused. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY from this site.

I ordered shoes in the wrong size. I called to return all 4 pair in the order for a half size smaller. The agent assured me she handled it and sent me a return label. I returned the shoes and a month later had not received the new box. Called and was told that the agent noted that I only wanted one of four pairs exchanged AND that I did not want a refund for the other three. NOT EVEN CLOSE. So now I had to reorder the shoes and find they were no longer available in my size because of the error of that agent. Took almost another week to receive new order that was not truly what I wanted and now don't have the shoe for the event I was planning on wearing them to. Then I cancelled the plan but still got charged for the next months subscription. Very bad customer service.

After the purchases, I found out you signed me up without my knowledge or permission for a program where my credit card would be charged more than $35, each month. It was canceled and my money refunded but I will NEVER shop at shoe dazzle, ever.

Shoes are very cute, but was not happy with the strap on the one pair of boots. It was poorly attached/not even attached to the boot to hold the strap in place. Not sure how to use them now.

I really wish that you could send us an email to give us the opportunity to skip the month, I find it to hard to find the link to it so I find myself cancelling my membership and then forgetting about you when I do actually need a pair of shoes for events and such.

I forgot to skip and month and was charged $39.95, so I used those funds to purchase 2 items. However, they were the only two items that interested me. Absolutely nothing else moved me to purchase. I will be cancelling by calling the number provided so that I don't have to remember to skip each month.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
