Cheap quality, uncomfortable shoes. Ive returned 3 pairs in the past 2 months. And their ship notices are wrong too. Their email that my package was delivered arrives at least 4 days before the actual package.

The shoes that I got were definitely not what the picture showed I was going to get. So I was not happy at all, and will not be buying anything from this site again.

I ordered several boots, heels and 2 purses. None of the colors looked like what I ordered. They are very cheap looking, but they are cheap shoes, boots and purses. I was out of state 2300 miles away when these arrived. I had a friend fly in with them and I immediately said no, I do not want these. When you get back, please return them. There was no packing slip or return label in the box. Now, it is too late by a few days for me to return them. I cannot get through to customer service. You get what you pay for. I am stuck with these. Might as well throw them away.

ShoeDazzle makes beautiful style shoes but should consider reducing the height of the heels. All ladies cannot wear 3" and higher heels. Give more of a variety in heel height.

Shoe dazzle is full of $#*!. I canceled my subscription in January because i was moving and didn't have the extra cash for the subscription. They still charged my card in February and March. O called in February to get a refund but was never received. Next thing I knew they were charging my card again in March after been canceling in January. I called to get a refund and said it will be processed in the next 5-7 business days. I called the 5th business day and they said the refund is still being processed, check back tomorrow. Here it is tomorrow and there telling me that they cannot issue me a refund that I will have to get it in check and it will take 4-6 weeks. Exactly one week before my birthday. I hate them I will never shop with them again. This ruined everything and put me in a bad mood.

I don't like that I can only use my money you take every month on just the shoes they pick out for me in the showcase room I have clicked tons of shoes that I liked and I might get maybe 2 pairs in my showcase it upsets me

Shoedazzle is absolutely the worst company ever! I canceled them over a year ago but to my surprise they were still charging a card and received charge back from it. The dispute apparently was settled in August 2021. I have since used my card in January 2022 at savage x fenty and had no problem until today. Apparently I can no longer use the card that they kept charging back in 2021 which makes no sense if it was working just the beginning of this month why all of a sudden can I not use it! This was their fault their error after me repeatedly trying to cancel them.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
