I needed a refund on my credit card, for there was a misunderstanding for the charge on my part and for one i didn't have to wait but a minute for someone to get on the phone, so that was a great start. I then explained the problem and the women i spoke with was very nice and patient she made everything clear and solved my issue quickly. I was compensated for my problem so i was extremely happy with the call, for the result of this experience was that my need was taken care of above my expectations. Thank you much for good customer service is very important to me even if I'm not happy with a product its all about how that business handles a situation will determine weather or not i will return and spend my money there again.

I got sent the wrong shoe size and they emailed me a label I was supposed to send back Myself. PRINT OUT AND SEND BACK MYSELF. And still charged me for the VIP. I would never want to order another pair of shoes given the circumstances. I had to search and find shoes because My GRADUATION shoes did not fit. Wouldn't recommend 1000%

The subscription was not what I expected. With the $39.00 monthly deduction, I thought I had at least a $39.00 credit for any purchase. That was not the case. Will next time have to read the fine print. The subscription was not beneficial to me.

I called customer service to refund me my mo way, they tell me I have to wait 5-7 business days! Meanwhile I'm going out of town tonight to hurry my father! They took my funds and I need them for my trip, they didn't care all they kept saying is that I have to wait, this world is coming to and end soon inconsiderate companies like this who take your money and u speak to the same person who barley speaks clear English! Im outraged, a lot of my friends have any account with you guys but not after today! They will be canceling and will be spreading the word

Not a good experience you were out of every boot I chose had a credit instead of you using that you used my bank account had to call go threw changes then I couldn't use my credits unless I used enough so I just ordered to get over it

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
