I called and I talked to a lady and I asked her to please cancel my subscription and give me my money back because I didn't even know that was going to happen. The money was never returned to me I want the account canceled. I would like a refund since this was my first time ordering from shoe dazzle. I don't want to be a member

I never received my shoes, and it's been over a month. Ever since it left the facility there has been no updates. It just says "ups is waiting for package", which it has said since April 19th.

There is basically no customer service… they bank on you missing the "skip a month" option but they also don't have any notification that you can set up as a reminder and once they get your money they tell you that you have to use it in a certain way and only have access to it if you have a purchase over "x" amount of dollars. They are thieves basically.
Also don't forget that customer services will hang up on you after they think they answered your questions to the best of their ability. When you open a complaint on an against often they won't know who you spoke to because the previous agent did not log the call …. It is crazy!

I don't like the idea that I had to buy each month or call in. I got Covic and could not do anything. When I got better I was very tired. My daughter finally came to visit from out of State and she called you and I spoke on the call to cancel. I felt as though I had signed a contract that was too rigid and I was not satisfied with the product but I was not able to return in time.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from you guys …my first order mever arrived and in my 2nd order I ordered a pair of shoes in which was supposed to be a size 9 and I received a size 11.And the pink pants ugh disgusted is saying it lightly. I loved the shoes. The downside is there is such a small selection of shoes with heels under 4". The other downside for me is I have petite feet and there was too much room in the front of the shoe. My feet slide around, and by the end of the night, I have blisters. They are definitely made for wider, fatter feet. Yes, I ordered the correct size. 5.5 perfect length, imperfect fit.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
