I purchased shoes from show dazzle 6 months ago. I was then automatically a member without my knowledge or consent. I was charged $40 a month for 6 months without my knowledge. I bought one pair of shoes for $15 and ended up paying $200 in hidden fees. Please do not buy ANYTHING from this company they will steal from you.

I placed my order. There were good prices. I wanted to try out the site. I bought 4 items, 2 days later it said my package shipped. I thought that was fast the site said it would be 7-10 days to receive so I was excited. I waited a week looked at the shipping it still said shipped. When I track the package on the shipping site, it said waiting on package from location. I waited a few days and it still said the same thing. I called and was told the shipping location is busy and doesn't update their site. I was confused because each place a package goes it should be scanned so that is the update. I was then told it should be to me by that Friday (which was 3 days from the day I called) and if it doesn't arrive call back and they will refund my order or re-ship. I waited over a week, called back and got the same answer about the shipping location but was given a longer time they have to get me the package. (10-15 days) So I asked for a re-ship. Well they didn't have the items I ordered in my size anymore and that the red-ship would still be long because the shipper was backed up. I said I'll wait one more week for the package. I went on the shipper website and tried to chat or call. It was not an option. (You can't talk to anyone) show dazzle couldn't even call them. I asked to cancel my membership since I didn't plan to go through this again. Waited a week, still didn't receive my package and called back to get my refund. I ordered on 4/26/22 and cancelled my order on 5/29/22. Never received the "shipped" package.

I ordered 4 pair of shoes, which the shipment company said was delivered 3-4 days later. I looked, checked with neighbors and more. I even waited to see if I seen someone walk-in around with my shoes on. Finally I gave them a call to inform them that I really didn't receive my shoes. They sent them out again, and this time I received my shoes. Even though 1 pair of the shoes I had to change the color. I'm so satisfied with the prompt response and making sure my order was fulfilled.

The sandals were poor quality. Smell of chemicals. Spray painted top to the sole in messy line. Chains look cheap on them. I did not even tried them on. I sent them back. I am still waiting for my reimbursement.

Not all the shoes I bought were the best quality. A pair of sandals hurt, and the tong material that wraps around the ankle for support it made small and pulls the foot front and between toe area hurts and makes the sandals look big and can't wear them unfortunately

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
