I sent back the shoes because they ran a size or so too small, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes both the same size one fit the other did not. Instead of me receiving the new size I was sent back the same exact size I couldn't fit now I'm just overall frustrated. However, I did get in contact with a rep and they were able to send me another return slip so hopefully these shoes are the right size. Thank you.

Most items are of reasonable quality and fair prices. I have however received items that have poor construction concepts (i. E. placement of zippers that rub on ankle bones, uneven placement of decorative elements, etc.). I would recommend higher quality control standards.

I bought some very cute trendy shoes but they were uncomfortable to wear longer than a few minutes so I had to return them. However, the cute trendy clothing was a great fit and I'll wear to a summer pool party.

Second month I could not log into my account. So shoe dazzle placed an order for me of shoes I would have never picked myself! They billed me PayPal account. When I refuted it they claimed it was not an order for they sent me the shipping notice for but it was or canceling my account or the same amount. I was to I ha to pay it an would not be redounded. Three days later I was offered the same shoes or half off.

6/16/22 & Still no merchandise. There is no response from the tracking number & your rep tells me tomorrow (17th) will make 15 days & to call back then. Which I will do. I have nothing on my order from 5/28/22 it was shipped on 5/29/22. I am patient.

One of the pairs of shoes might as well have been from a dollar store. Two pairs of pants were purchased in adults sizes and I gave them to a 10 year old. I had looked at the size chart and ordered a size larger then I am, just to be safe and they still were way to small.

I wanted that jacket so much. Unfortunately it is made for much smaller ladies. Even with the XL size it would maybe fit a Medium sized person. I will be returning it

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
