The Shoedazzle website is very easy to navigate. I have no problem searching, saving, or checking out. The only issue I have is that it always goes back to page one. If I'm on page 6 and I click on a specific shoe, it goes to page 1 when I go back. I haven't tried it on desktop l, but it is a constant issue on mobile.

I wore these heals for ONE night. Maybe like 5 hours total and the heal SNAPPED while I was walking…. I'm not a small human but I'm also usually supported in heals very well. This was the worst experience I've ever had with shoes.

I was so happy with my recent purchase. Ordered the beautiful orange dress with gold link change on the collar, three pair of bling sandals and a beautiful blue bag with large gold change. Perfect fit. I love everything! Can't wait to get dress and step out.

Placed an order last month and realized I had made an error in the shipping address. Ininderstofd that it could have been corrected before it was processed and shipped. I tried to correct it and there was no way to do so. The order said processing time was threw days hut the order was processed the very next day and I tries to reach out to you guys but got no response to emails nor did I get through to your number. And then to find it that returns or refunds takes 60 days! I was appalled and I used 6 whole credits to place that order. And got to satisfaction.

I've purchased several pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle, and every time I hope I just made a bad choice and picked a crappy show. I've come to realize that nope- just low quality. There is the potential for Shoedazzle to be great- but until they improve the quality of their product they won't achieve anything more than being... meh.

I've spent a ton of money on this website & have literally ordered well over 30 items total. I speak from experience…lots of experience from my many purchases over the last 6-8 months or so. The shoes while cute, can be hit or miss in the comfortable department. I've ordered boots quite a few times & have been unable to even get them closed all the way without having to go through the hassle of exchanging for wide calf size instead, which is crazy to me because my calf's and thighs aren't even that big lol. But when I order wide calf they're always HUUUGE on me & I've got to literally duct tape them to stay put on my pants thigh part…ridiculous. I've ordered high heels from here where I ordered the correct size but have huge blisters & scraps from them rubbing against the back of my foot & top of my foot. Ouch! Not 1 pair of the heels have been comfortable or felt like they were supporting my feet. Very thin bottoms & I can feel every single tiny rock I walk over. Soo painful! But customer service is extremely helpful & the shoes are mostly very cute! (: who ever said beauty is pain is absolutely correct when it comes to shoe dazzle lol

Get charged every month when I haven't bought shoes in months unless I remember to skip a month. I have 6 credits and unless I order an exact amount that add to a full credit I can't apply and I have to shell out even more money. Can't cancel or I lose my credits. The last 2 pairs of shoes I bought were hideous and cheap. And the shorts I look nothing like the picture. Such a waste of money

I had to throw away both shoes that I've received so far, first one the sizing was very off and the second I was sent a totally different pair of sandals than what I had ordered. On top of that the heels were broken which made it useless.

I'm a VIP Onyx member and my orders usually ship in 1-3 days. This time it took 6 days for my order to ship and now my package will arrive literally the day I'm scheduled to fly out for vacation *FACEPALM*

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
