Some sizes can be a little bit off but for the most part they're great. I wear a 12 a they usually have my size.

I ordered a pair of flat denim jeweled sandals on May 10, but what arrived at my door was a pair of black knee high, high heel boots. I sent it back for an exchange, my tracking number showed it was received in the warehouse and I waited a week + and still the exchange was not sent out. I opened a chat with customer service and the representative said he had to manually release the replacement order. That took a few days and I finally got a tracking number for the exchange by email, which said I would receive the order today June 16 and I'm still waiting... over a month and still waiting for the sandals I bought for an event that has since come and gone all because a warehouse associate was not paying attention to what they were picking and packing from the get go. Very inconvenient.

I have a love-hate relationship with Shoedazzle. I signed up for VIP thinking I was going to appreciate having monthly choice of shoes to order, however each month, I found myself struggling to find one single pair of shoes that I liked. I guess I should have known from the name Shoe-DAZZLE that I was going to find a ton of bedazzled, chain-linked, glitter bombed shoes more liken to teens and kids than adults. Chunky bottoms with repetitive colors and themes. The shoe quality is sub-par requiring insoles with every shoe for proper support and strength. Overall, I closed my account after finding that I hardly ever ordered a shoe in a month and would force myself to dump-shop after months of credits built up because I was being charged for something I ultimately wasn't using. After about six or more months, I've ended up with couple of pairs of shoes that I actually wear with most of them sitting on my shelf growing webs because they're really not my style or they're just plain uncomfortable.

You guys used to carry regular and wide width, then out of nowhere you took away the wide width and replaced it with extra wide width. Sometimes my foot can fit a regular, but a majority of the time I need a wide width which you do not seem to off anymore. The extra wide width falls off my foot. I almost can't shop on your site for cute shoes.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
