It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received my product or shipping info. Customer Service tells me this is normal and there's no estimate when I may receive my item, if ever.

Ive been a vip member for years. It is very easy to place orders the order i placed on May 20th i noticed a second purchase on my credit card that i didnot make. My ordered was changed recharged and sent. That totally pissed me off not like it was a 20$ order it was over 400$ and they just thought it was ok to charge my card without my permission. I ordered alot of shoes but I didnot recieve all of them. I ordered double of one and it wasnot sent. I will be weary of ordering now and I will only order small orders from now on.

My experience has been decent. I don't like how I can't use my credits on all sales. I feel like if you can take my money in advance I should be able to buy what I want when I want but other than that this is a wonderful site.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
