I always have my packages within a week. I've been a vip member for years
The shipping date kept changing and my package hadn't arrived a month after ordering it. I spoke with customer service and they kept telling me it was shipped, however FedEx had no shipping details, besides a label being printed. Customer service just kept lying to me. I did get a refund but that's not the point. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE JUNE 2ND. THEY JUST KEPT TELLING ME IT SHIPPED, WHEN IT DIDN'T. I DIDN'T WANT A REFUND I WANTED MY STUFF! ONE ITEM I ORDERED WAS A MOTHER'S DAY GIFT AND IT WASN'T RECEIVED AND IT MESSED UP MY PLANS!

I am canceling this membership. They charge you $49.99 MONTLY and then you get the VIP MEMBERSHIP PRICE FOR CRAP SHOES. Then you have to wait weeks for your order. Not with the money, time or headaches

In the beginning shoe dazzle was great. Over the years the shoes advertised to new members weren't the ones found on site. I feel as a VIP you should be able to use your points in addition to sale advertised.

Typical subscription love some of the shoes called customer service to cancel they kept charging me and I didn't know it until couple months call them they fixed it I got refunded and then a couple months go by I got charged again each month at this point I'm not even sure they do cancellations so anyway because of that they said they couldn't refund me again only a one time thing and I tried explaining to customer service that I called and canceled though this is not my fault this is on your end but they told me I could just use it for store credit and they had a promotion going on so I just bought some more shoes and then returned some because some of the sizes ran small but they ended up charging me next month AGAIN! Can we please fix this?

Straps don't work with the size of my leg. I had to poke another hole in the strap and it doesn't look or feel right. I'll probably never wear them tbh... waste of money.

Outside some of their boots, almost all the shoes I order hurt my feet. I will be canceling my membership soon. The shoes look beautiful online but almost always have to be returned due to wrong size or horrible quality.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
