The goodness of a shoe subscription, I never knew I I needed one until I got subscribed to shoe dazzle. I now have the ability to make sure that I have the most fashionable shoes doing every season from winter boots to the sexiest Heels. They are comfortable and I am very pleased always be able to Find my size which is an 11 to 12.

I've bought 4 closed toe shoes and 1 pair of slides. I think all of Their shoes run small. I have 2 pairs of shoes that I haven't worn yet. I wonder if I can return them to get a half size larger?

Good quality and reasonable prices.
Only some products have different sizes, in which, when i order my size its a bigger size.

A pair of the sandals that I recently purchased are beautiful, but one of the straps was shorter than the other. I wore them anyway but then noticed that it was rubbing the back of my heel in which made it very uncomfortable. I love the sandals, but I don't like how uncomfortable it made me.

I have had very few problems with ShoeDazzle and I have been a customer since 2012. The one major problem I had was due to the shipper and not ShoeDazzle directly. The package was delivered to the wrong house and it took two weeks after the shipper's "stated" delivery date for me to receive the merchandise.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
