After being told 3 times that I would receive my order I decided to just ask for a refund. I was toils that the refund had been granted. I was told it would take from 5 to 7 work days to receive it. Then later on the day I received an e- mail stating that my order was unable to be shipped. I can only hope that I will receive my refund.

I always order size 9 and the shoes always fit. This time for the sandals they did not fit at all. I would need to order almost an 11 for my foot to fit in them. I don't know if it's the cut of the shoe or what and I don't have time to do the return process so I will just give them to a friend since they are brand new. I think the cut of the shoes have changed from when I first became a member.

I love this site- they are affordable so it you want multiples and a shoe for one outfit, you can do it without breaking the bank. And- I have paid 200 for shoes that are not half as comfortable as every she I have gotten from Shoedazzle. Some I've bought in every color- and I wear heels everywhere and never been disappointed.

After waiting sometime to only receive the wrong item is very disheartening. I called customer service immediately. They will not ship my item until they receive the incorrect one sent. That is extremely unfair to me the customer. I should not have to suffer for the companies mistake. I do not have access to print a label and have now been waiting for the return label to arrive by mail. I do not need the extra headache/stress. I will be canceling the order.

I paid for two day shipping and it took 4 days. Shoes did not fit properly either. I felt like the whole process was very dishonest and not at all courteous to me. I will never spend my money with this company again.
You will see a reply below where the company is pretending like my poor review bothers them and they are supposed to be contacting me immediately after sending that reply. That was a lie to make it look like they actually care.

Every pair of shoes starts to fall apart (rubber of soles fall off and also soles detatching from the shoe). Very disappointed

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
