I ordered a pair of heels from here awhile ago with a 75% discount and later was charged an additional $50 for something I never even bought. I never received the money back and wanted to talk to a supervisor but also never did. Very unprofessional and I'm extremely dissatisfied, I do not plan on ordering from here again.
I absolutely love all of my shoes There wasn't really a single problem with any of them besides my actual 1st pair I bought some shoes for somebody for Christmas and I couldn't return them because it was too late Because I had to wait until after Christmas to give it to them it was already too late to return them and now I'm just stuck with hair boots that I can't wear or return But other than that every parachute I've gotten has been beautiful I've loved them and I get compliments all the time I have shoes from years ago still

I wear a 12m woman shoe, ordered 2 pairs of heals with high hopes! The buckles on one pair was so short they lack about 2 inches meeting so I won't be wearing them! The length on both pairs was perfect, however the width right at the toes was way to narrow making them uncomfortable to wear. Both pairs were supper cute and seem to be of good quality, but they obviously have some issues that need to be addressed!
